All uniquely furnished rooms at The Bergson feature a fireplace and free WiFi. Guests can relax in the courtyard patio and downtown Calistoga is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. We stayed at several places around Napa, and this was by far our favorite. Granted, we got one of the nicer suites with the jacuzzi, balcony, and gas log fireplace -- you really want that tub in the winter, trust me -- but the whole property was just lovely. Quiet, very comfy bed, walking distance to everything in downtown Calistoga... we wish we could have stayed longer!

It's a small town, take your time and check out the beautiful book store, the art galleries, few good restaurants and shops. Walked to the Indian springs to my appointments for facial and mud bath on different days. It was very nice.
Our second trip here. The first time we stayed at Wilkonson's and enjoyed the mud baths. The second time we stayed at the nicely remodeled UpValley Inn and Spa. We ate dinner at the Hydro Grill, which is a pretty good family-run place. Breakfast was at Sarafornia's, also lovely. It's a good town for a relaxing weekend or stopover on the way through wine country.
Great food @ Lovina’s & staff w/ good service.I I recommend Golden Haven for massage & mudbath for reasonable price.. for asian food, Sushi mambo is great too!. Not too many people over the weekend.. so it was nice to walk in downtown ..
Small town feel with magical vibes. We visited 4 vineyards and were enchanted by all of them! Definite musts are: Catello di Amorosa, Storybook Mountain (tasting in their own redwood grove!), and Tadeschi family winery. We dined at Verasion in downtown Calistoga and the food was amazing! We loved our trip!
Had a lovely time at Castello di Amorosa, a unique winery in an authentic Tuscan castle! Favorite meal was the cioppino at Lovina and Golden Haven Spa was offering a 2 for 1 couple's mud/mineral bath that was a great way to unwind.
I always love staying at the cottages. The staff are very nice. It’s very clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and warm and close to the room for going back and forth for snacks and beverages. I wish I could bring my dog. I could stay longer
Calistoga
This was an excellent little hotel. Beautifully decorated and excellent location. I loved our cute little patio and the fireplace in our room. This was the perfect place to stay. The price was a bit cheaper than other lodgings in the area too. We walked to downtown every day for meals. It was maybe a two minute walk. The park like setting is so nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be back.
Calistoga
The property was magnificent. The attention to detail by our hosts Lynn and Gregg was bar-none. Our group enjoyed the beautiful grounds, the lovely and exceptionally clean rooms, the attention to detail and the wonderful breakfasts. Our hosts left nothing to want for. It was a sheer delight experiencing Napa while staying in this incredible Bed and Breakfast in Calistoga.

Beautiful little cottage that has been upgraded into a gorgeous little hotel. The rooms were clean, with incredible attention to detail (heated toilet seat and bathroom floors!). Bed was comfy. Customer service was impeccable. Location was good - walking distance to Calistoga (spas, restaurants) and a short drive to Napa and the wineries. Highly, highly recommend.
Calistoga
The property is within walking distance to downtown Calistoga. It’s a very charming, old Inn, very clean and stocked with complimentary snacks and germ supplies (masks, wipes). Check in was super easy by means of a letter with instructions at the front door. The backyard was cozy, private and very garden like.
My wife and I stayed here in early August 2021. The place has recently been remodeled and it looks great! Beds are very comfortable and rooms are clean and tastefully styled. The pool and spa facilities were very clean and modest. The location is quiet and a short walk to the main drag in town.
The location, right downtown was convenient. Parking lot is limited but found space on street behind hotel. The hotel is old and historic and public areas are pleasant. The included wine tasting on check-in and pastries and coffee in the morning were good.

Loved how comfortable the room was and how close to central Calistoga the hotel was. Staff was always helpful and friendly. My husband and I enjoyed a few peaceful hours by the pool before wine tasting.
