The breakfast was adequate but I think you should not use plastic cutlery and cups and use reusable ones instead. Single use plastic is being phased out at most hospitality establishments and developed parts of the world and it is a pity that Holiday Inn is behind in this regard. Plastic does harm the environment and it is not necessary as there are better alternatives (stainless steel or bamboo if it is too much trouble to wash the stainless steel).Guest review byLindaCanada
