The hotel was very retro feel, rooms were big had double entry one leading to the pool. The breakfast buffet was amazing, considering it was day after Thanksgiving, they still handled it well.. The staff was very warm. The property is right opposite papa Johns and other retail stores, including g walmart. In the bathroom, I found the soap creams were all European and not some cheap brands.

For the price it was convenient and overall very clean and safe place to stay at.

Clean, nice hotel, and ESPECIALLY FRIENDLY wonderful staff. They quickly took care of all of us as we descended on them (a group of 28) at once. They were fast to get everyone checked in so we could get out and do what we needed to in town that afternoon.

Quiet. Had laundry facilities. Front desk was helpful. Good location in Kerrville near restaurants and stores. Good value for the money and very clean. Pet friendly.
