United StatesThere was a man that came in for breakfast at 9:45 and made a big scene about how there were no eggs left and was complaining, mind you breakfast was over in 15 minutes, he went to the staff and was VERY rude to them but they All kept there composure ( I was very embarrassed for them) and remained very professional and cooked him more eggs and asked him if there was anything else he wanted- knowing breakfast was supposed to be over long before it would be done cooking- that is class = GREAT JOB!!!!

Room was hood but the lights were not bright enough. Pillows were hard. The fridge was on high but food went bad because it was barely cool.
