United StatesTraveled with a pet. Area very good for pet travel, room was clean, staff very friendly, easy access off interstate. After checkout I discovered I had left my ring and earrings, but not until about 4 hours away. I called hotel, staff at desk found jewelry and contacted manager. I sent a prepaid ups label to the hotel and my jewelry arrived safely today. Thank you for your customer service, honesty and safe return of my jewelry, it is greatly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with or without pets. It was totally my error to leave my jewelry and they made every effort to ensure it’s safe return.

It was a quick booking because I received a message from the cabin we had originally booked the day before we were supposed to leave stating that we could not come because of a water leak. I believe we liked this cabin better anyways! I’m so glad we booked this stay!

The place was dirty.
The place was dirty. The bathroom had feces on the floor the toilet. The back door slammed all night since the lock was broken. The furniture was scarred and worn out. Outside, there was a trash dump beside the fence. Weeds growing up and broken furniture outside. I ask for a refund and was refused. It was hot outside and my husband needed cold air. The AC was barely working. It would only work on low and hardly blew any cold air. Very disappointed. The lines were old and the mattress cover was nothing but knots it was so old and worn out. I won't come back.

The Room was always cleaned each time we left for the day .
The Room was always cleaned each time we left for the day . And towels,were always replenished. And the coffee bar was very convenient, but should provide more creamers dry & liquid. .and diabetic sugar ,packets like Stevia, .not the artificial sweetners. Which are very bad, and cause cancer. It was a good thing I had mine with me .🤗

I didn’t get to look around Dandridge at all.
I didn’t get to look around Dandridge at all. I ended up having to visit my friend of 50+years in the hospital. She had a fall on Monday and spent the night and most of Tuesday in ER and finally got a room last night. I was able to visit her for a while today.

It's a nice quite town on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge.
It's a nice quite town on the outskirts of Pigeon Forge. It has a very homey vibe, that's why we choose to stay there when we are vacationing in and around Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The old town square has some intriguing shops dotted about, with a nice lake right on the other side of the bridge that enhances the view.

Dandridge was a quaint little town.
Dandridge was a quaint little town. I loved touring all of the unique places in the downtown area. Beautiful and very interesting with all of its history. It was so unique and I loved it. Our hotel was close to lots of interesting places and restaurants all around. Would go again in a heartbeat. The balloon fest was good also.

wasnt too impressed with the town itself. We went there mostly to see the lake and it was dried up. Nothing on the website told us this. the best part of the trip were the foliage and the stay at our hotel

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years when visiting family in the area. Although they were doing some construction (along with hammering, drilling and many other noises), that started around the time we normally wake. It was not a problem to us. The room is very clean, smells fresh and the bathroom is one of the best we've
ever had in a hotel. We take our own shampoo and body wash so we can't comment on the ones they provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We recognized several from prior visits.

The room and facility was disgusting. No way do they have people come in and clean after each guest or daily in the lobby. We had literal toilet paper stuck to the wall as we entered our room, crumbs and trash from the last people were still on the floor! Beds smelled really funky as well as the hallways. This was by far the worst and grossest hotel we have ever stayed in.

Easy check in, and the facility was very clean. There were complimentary cookies, tea, and lemon water. There was a Shoney's just a little way down the road from us. Showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. A/C kept an accurate temperature. The hotel was far enough away from the interstate that we did not hear any traffic. This was a great place to stay.

Smell very bad not suitable for young family. Need to invest in carpeting painting replacement for furniture beds and beddings. Fix the light at the entry. It is in good location. Update you Jefferson Inn please
