The atmosphere was classic lake marina.

The atmosphere was classic lake marina. Nothing to do on property unless you're fishing or renting a pontoon. Property is well kept and clean. Quiet also. Needs bigger showers for the cottages, but I will be staying here again for sure.

Deland is a very nice small, college town.

Deland is a very nice small, college town. It has a lot of great establishments downtown and is very walkable. Orland with its parks, Daytona for the beach, and Cape Canaveral are all short drives, making it a great launching point for a family vacation with lots of variety.

No WiFi Orange sign on office door saying unfit for occupation ROCHES !!!!!!! Worst hotel I ever stayed in Could not wait to leave Had to shake out my luggage when I got home to make sure I didn’t bring any roaches in the house

Loved the accomodations but just wish checking in didn't have to wait so long. I didn't get to see much of the city as I only had 2 days off but was grateful for the time spent with my friend and the Stetson College is much bigger than the one here in St.Petersburg, Fla.

The hotel was new and beautiful.

The hotel was new and beautiful. Room and bathroom both very large. Breakfast selection excellent. Our stay was short because we were just passing through. Gym and pool looked excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was filled with roaches and the toilet had poop in...

The room was filled with roaches and the toilet had poop in it and the plumbing did not work. I did not stay at that hotel at all. We were told that we would get a refund, but that still has not happened to date.

It was very well located. But the air conditioner made alot of noise. I told the front desk and somebody came to check it but did not fix it The restaurant hours were too little every time we wanted to go eat there it was closed I really do not like that room service is not everyday in all my stay the lady did my room one day. I think this is not ok for a hotel. Because I booked a hotel not an Airbnb Maybe they do not have to change the linens or towels but they should do you room for sure

Everything is awesome! If you’re in DeLand for skydiving, you can park the car in hotel and have as many beers and cocktails as you like and don’t worry about getting back to your accommodation.
