Great location. Close enough to Oceanside. We went to the Mission San Luis Rey., very interesting. Went to Albertsons for BandAids ended up getting wonderful fried chicken from their deli. Lots of the regular stores and shops that we see in any other city. Everything we needed was fairly close by. Lots of the Mission Rd. is very scenic, even rural. We have stayed in Fallbrook many times and enjoy the area.

You get what you pay for, but I was also charged twice for my stay, I asked to use a different card before the clerk charged me but charged both of my cards instead ! it was about 15 minutes away from old town Temecula, and 20 minutes from the Pechanga Resort & Casino. We spent most of our time in that area but it definitely was a bit of a drive in between places.

The man who helped us barely spoke to us-kind of just grunted. He hands us a tiny piece of paper with our room number and WiFi password scribbled on it. The chair in our room was tattered with a huge stain on it. The bathtub was gross. The fire detector was in a strange place up on the closet shelf. It was an awful experience! I took pictures.

The people were very nice. Plenty of grocery stores. seemed to have enough of mom and pops stores to meet most needs. I am looking to retire nearby and my stay has convinced me I have made the right choice.

I loved this town. It has many unique places to go to. For example the place that my husband and I enjoyed the most in Fallbrook was Myrtle Creek Botanical Gardens. This place has so much beauty and character. Very whimsical. Many Great locations for pictures. I love how they have a cute cafe. Two different stores. One was in a historical house where they had an amazing display for their garden supplies to be sold. It looked so whimsical and magical. The other store was an antique and vintage decor and garden store. Every inch of that store was so unique and very creative in displaying their beautiful products. They also had a nice goat farm for kids. They also had a nursery with endless opportunities and great selections of greenery plants, bushes and trees. It is worth going to.

Fallbrook is a beautiful place to visit. There are usually festivals and farmer's markets here or very close by. There are many different restaurants to choose from while visiting but our favorite place to eat while there is Dominick's delicatessen.
