It was in a quiet location with a beautiful view of a lily pond lake. The pool was a nice feature. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Newly remodeled kithen and baths. Liked having the garage.

My family stayed at the Blue Nile for the week of Thanksgiving 2023. I have to say that Anita’s description of the property and accommodations were modest compared to what we found during our stay. The 3 bedrooms were a nice size, the beds were very comfortable, the Master Bedroom was large, and the bathrooms were all nicely laid out, well stocked and clean. We didn’t expect to have a beautiful formal dining room all set up and available for our Thanksgiving family celebration. There was absolutely nothing else needed to bring except for your clothes and food, with a Walmart super center within a mile of the home. Anita provided a large selection of spices, and all utensils and cookware required for meal preparation. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend the Blue Nile. The home is situated on a very large lot, with no interaction with neighbors other than a friendly wave if you should see them. The fire pit is enormous with plenty of wood and kindling to get the fire going. We brought our own wood not knowing what was available. The horseshoe pits were a lot of fun too. The Blue Nile is a very spacious home with very comfortable furniture. Unfortunately, the weather was not so great during our stay, but having two screened porches in both the from and back of the house made our stay even more relaxing. The last point that I’ll make is that Anita is a fantastic hostess. While she wasn’t around, she made sure that everything was taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful time with family.

The house was perfect, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It was very close to the manatee resort in crystal River (what we went for) and only about an hour away from the Tampa art Museum and Florida aquarium. There's also a nearby beach that's very pretty and convenient.
