I loved the staff. Our check in agent was amazing! It was close to everything we needed (the sip n dip) and they had a delicious breakfast that they brought right to your room at your desired time! Very clean room, the bed was so comfortable. All in all I give it a 10/10.

Amazing historic property in downtown Great Falls. The staff were awesome and the breakfast was fantastic. I am gluten free, so limited in choice, but for you gluten eaters…hard to beat. This is a fabulous find.

    Tracy's is a great place to eat-good food,plenty of it and really nice servers. Must see places for us were: Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center Great Springs State Park, Charley Russell museum, Malcomb Air Base museum, the History museum, Ryan Dam & Great falls. Get hold of VisitGreatFallsMontana.org for a ton of information. They will send you free of charge their booklet called Montana's Basecamp and a bunch of brochures-even help you plan out your itinerary. These are super people to deal with!! BTW EVERYONE that we dealt with in Great Falls was very helpful and really friendly.

    Great Falls is a nice Montana city with lots of variety. The restaurant we went to for dinner was excellent. It was Jakers. I highly recommend it.And we got gas in Great Falls and the staff there was so pleasant..we often don't get pleasant staff in Canada..

    We regularly fly into Great Falls to see our daughter who...

    We regularly fly into Great Falls to see our daughter who lives a ways south of the city. We've never actually spent time there before and we quite enjoyed it! There are wonderful parks with great hiking and biking trails. The Charlie Russell Museum was excellent and there were several other museums we simply didn't have time for like the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center. And there's always fishing/rafting the Missouri river!

    Every store and restaurant we went to the staff were friendly and helpful. The meals in the restaurants were large portions and very good. We went to sip n dip saw the mermaid with our meal and had supper at Tracy’s a few blocks from hotel large portions there as well and food was good. The antique store just around the corner from the hotel has lots of treasures and the owner was very sociable and helpful Don’t forget to stop at their candy store and try their fudge and other goodies they won’t disappoint

    Went down for shopping, but so much is closed.

    Went down for shopping, but so much is closed. The "mall" is a dead mall with barely anything in it. Target is great, which is were we ended up. Childrens museum was closed with nothing on the website indicating it was being used for a private function.

    In the restaurant next door and very good. Included hot food which you heated in a microwave. Good choice of cereal etc. the staff member was very welcoming and helpful. This is an original building rebuilt internally to a very high standard. The walls are decorated with original artwork on all levels so like visiting and art gallery. Certainly one of the top 3 hotels/motels in our 3 week trip. Loved it. Walking distance of downtown and parking provided by hotel.

    This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed on this trip! I mean spotless and smelt beautiful. Plants everywhere. Service is great, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, well done to the whole team for the pride they show. Quiet, great location and the bed was super comfortable. Thank you!
