The owners have taken meticulous care of planning for their guests' experience, from the most relaxing bedding and linen to fire starter logs for the fire pit to complementary house slippers by the entry way. The house is charming, loaded with amenities, and thoughtfully renovated (do look for the diorama in the bathroom and the timeline history of the town). The house is walking distance from the state park, stores, antique mall and restaurants. The owners also provide a comprehensive house guide in case you want to change the temperature of the house or have a long soak in the awesome clawfoot tub. It was the perfect place to stay for a spa retreat.

Yes it was very nice to be in nature and listen to nature all around us! The tent next to us was a little loud the first night but we told the girls and they had a talk with them.. after that they behaved. The bathrooms and showers were clean and accommodating. Berkeley Springs is one of my favorite little spots to stop over and sleep iny travels. The Hot Springs never disappoint.

Nicely appointed, well equipped and decorated nicely. The property was very conveniently located to the downtown spas, just a short trip. There’s a local restaurant/gastro pub less than a mile away and a trail head just a quick walk from the house(white trail). The hot tube was super nice too!

I love the "old cozy" The cleanliness is above and beyond, and the price is so reasonable. It is always my stopping point for my last leg of my trip to Pa. It makes the 5 hours an easier drive knowing I will be staying at the Hancock Motel before I have to do the last 21/2 hours of the trip. I love the atmosphere.

The room was large. The woman who ran the hotel had recently purchased it. She was very friendly. But I think she's still new at all of this. The property needs much maintenance and cleaning.
