United StatesAs soon as you walk in the door, you can tell the staff there go above and beyond! Right now it resembles your family's living room that's all decorated for Christmas! They know the value of the little things. Including specialty coffees and teas, out if the ordinary breakfast items and even table-scapes! The staff were all incredibly sweet, with a special "Thank You!!" Going out to Jamie who helped me with a temporary situation that was traumatic for me personally. She was so kind and caring!

We were here to visit friends in Kingston, TN and the location was perfect. We were planning to stay in Knoxville but the rates have gotten quite high and we weren't going to be at the hotel alot. The rate waa very affordable and the facility was very nice, clean, and friendly. The breakfast offered many.options hot or cold and the staff did a wonderful job.

Harriman is a lovely town that is undergoing a...
Harriman is a lovely town that is undergoing a revitalization and renovation. Many new shops and restaurants are open or are in the process of opening. With the Obed river right down the road, this is a sweet little town to use as home base for a weekend of kayaking.

This hotel feel very safe. As a female who travels alone safety is very important. I felt very safe in the parking lot. It was lit up so well. The halls ways are well lighted. The people are super friendly and we're always smiling.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient for an overnight on a road trip. There are train tracks across the street; we like hearing trains, but if you're a light sleeper it may not be appreciated. The room was a decent size.
