This was my 50th birthday celebration and the staff were just wonderful! They accommodated my requests to check in early and a corner king room with a beautiful view. I also was surprised to get a delicious bottle of wine at check in. Another surprise was finding a birthday gift including my favorite Buckeyes waiting for me in my room! Thank you so much for making this a special and memorable birthday! I’m looking forward to spending New Year’s Eve there🥳

The kindness, the staff showed me. My sister has a severe disability and visited me at the hotel. They were very accommodating to her as well, even though she wasn’t a guest of the hotel.

    The hotel management kicked me out a day before my...

    The hotel management kicked me out a day before my reservation was up. I was enjoying time with my partner, who was very unexpectedly picked up by police for a warrant. The managers, the front desk, housekeeping - no one said anything to me. At about 4pm on the same Saturday, I was told I needed to go to the main office because I was supposed to leave. The first reason/excuse was "The booking isn't in your name" (yes it was, had proof, partner did the check in). The second reason/excuse was "Your name isn't on the booking" (same proof as before). Final excuse...they said that since police were there, they HAD TO kick me out. NOW they are claiming to customer service that I never checked in. Because of all this, I noticed I never received my $100 deposit money back. I'm fixing the police thing, but do they really think anyone would come back after this kind of treatment? I want everyone who comes across this motel to know they aren't secure in their booking if management randomly decides to kick them out....or, at least you can purchase the cancel insurance on the website. Shame, wasn't bad for a cheap staycation motel.

    The neighborhood is very nice, and there are several restaurants nearby. You are about a 15 minute drive from downtown. We enjoyed our stay, and except for the hot water issue, everything was great.

    The hotel was very nice and extremely easy check in and check out. Sadly I was over charged and when I called to resolve the issue the hotel manager said he didn’t have any Information as to why I was over charged, and he basically told me to wait and see if I am refunded money back at some point. Will update if issue is fixed but very frustrating as to why they can’t tell me why I was charged multiple times.
