Quiet and safe neighborhood. facility is clean, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and capable. Wednesday night social hosted by Susan, Director of Sales was a great kickoff to our stay. This is our hotel of choice when staying in the area several times a year.

It was close to lots of food options and store options. It was very clean and they came every other day to take trash and give fresh towels. They had breakfast every morning. All in all a cozy place to stay.

    holyoke is only a few minutes from Northampton, which is what I was there for. Northampton has so much good food, culture, excellent bookstores, funky shops, eco-conscious vibe, and diversity where you can have Moroccan food for breakfast, go to a pie shop nearby for lunch, and have excellent creative cocktails later on if you want to. The general area is great for outdoor meanderings, with so many adorable and visit- worthy towns and places nearby

    I've been really impressed by this hotel.

    I've been really impressed by this hotel. The staff is extremely welcoming, and in what feels a genuine sort of way. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are perfectly appointed and the beds are really comfy. I could not have asked for more with this stay. It's uplifting to come across a place that truly cares about the details. This is hospitality done right.

    Came here to visit our son, watch his hockey games and check out the area. We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel is right by mall and everything we needed was less than 8 mins away including our son and the rink. We will definitely return.

    This is a well-run family-owned hotel that has a lot more character than chain hotels. Staff was thoughtful, polite, accommodating, pleasant, helpful including recommendations for activities in the area. The facility is not brand-spanking new but it is well maintained and inside looks really nice and cozy and the rooms are great. Breakfast was wonderful, much better than a chain hotel. We would stay here again, in a heartbeat!
