Everything was great except for the very rude front desk clerk on Thursday night. We asked for fresh towels for the morning and were rudely told you only do that every other day. That was our third day... He did get us towels but sort of threw them at us and said here take these. Again, very rude!! Everything and everyone else was great.

I genuinely enjoyed everything about the hotel. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. I would like to express my high appreciation to Mr. Mat, for all his recommendations about city sightseeing, restaurants, etc. It is truly felt like a home away from home with beautiful suit, relaxing swimming pool, and exceptional breakfast.

We had some other guests on our floor with many children running the hallway. They were quite noisy. We asked if we could change rooms to another floor and the staff were very accommodating and moved us immediately. We were very appreciative 🙂

    Good location.Esthetically pleasing. The breakfast was bare bones especially since pancake machine was not working. They have one 4 slice toaster for the whole hotel which created a bit of a wait. Would have enjoyed better selection of fruit or a yogurt. Good bagels

    The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It was a nice modern looking lobby complete with pool table, a snack area and a wonderful pool. The room was clean and the lobby area was spotless.
