Very handy having a Supermarket next door and some good restaurants in the town. Lander is a safe, nice clean little town, loved it and the hotel.

Located in historic Riverton, this Wyoming motel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. A free shuttle is offered to Riverton Regional Airport, just 10 minutes’ drive away. I like the man that runs it. He treats people well. The price is reasonable for the town. The room was the nicest they have and clean.
The Ol' Wyoming features accommodations in Riverton. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quaint and comfortable. The manager even called to check on us when we were late getting checked in. And she gave us great ideas on things to do!
Lander has so much to offer from the scenery and places to go and see. If you are into biking you can bike all over and four wheeling also. You go camping almost anywhere. It is a friendly family oriented little town. There is a amazing golf course that I like very much.
We didn't choose to stay in Lander, We were in an accident, So we were kind stuck for a couple of days. It is a very cute town with EXCEPTIONALLY nice people !!! EVERYONE we talked to was sooo nice it is definately A cute town with a bunch of fun boutique shops. If I ever have to drive through Wyoming again, I would make a point to spend the night again. If you pass through Lander after 5pm, consider stopping because ,there is no other town for about 2 hours and lots of antelope jumping onto the road.
Lander is usually a place we drive through on the way to another location. This time we decided to spend some time to see more of what this city at the foot of the mountains has to offer. We especially enjoyed Sinks Canyon State Park, a short distance from Lander,
Went for my high school reunion. Haven’t been there in years. We stayed over the 4th of July. It was all I remembered. Love the town. Scenery is amazing around the area. Great for outdoor enthusiasts and western history buffs.
Lander is a great destination. However, it is not prepared for high traffic times. A majority of restaurants were closed for the 4th of July, one of the heaviest visitor times of the year. Seemed like a business decision. However, the town and surrounding area in general makes up for any shortcomings!
There was a fantastic cafe on Main Street where the juices and smoothies included all natural, fresh-squeezed ingredients -"The Juicery". It was a short ride to Sinks Canyon, a lovely spot not to be missed. Lander is a quaint Western town that still retains the flavor of the '50s while having updated restaurants and shops. And the drive across the mountains to Farson on Route 28 has some spectacular scenery.
Pleasant welcome. Grounds are well kept and lovely flowers here and there. Room was very clean, new comfortable mattress, nice size bathroom, also very clean, with plenty of towels. Walking distance to town/restaurants and about a 15 minute drive to Sinks Canyon State Oark...well worth a visit.
