Lusk is not on the tourist trail, but is the real deal for life in eastern Wyoming. The people are welcoming and proud of their community. Go to the Lusk museum to learn what life was Ike for the settlers. Their spirit lives on today.
Interesting town. Bring your wallet! Don't miss the Bar J Wranglers Chuck wagon dinner in Wilson, Wyoming (20 minute drive). You won't find a better dinner with GREAT entertainment for $25.
University of Wyoming college football game was SOOO much fun! The wait time to eat meals was very long, but to be expected since the population increased significantly with those attending the game. However the quality of food was outstanding!
Casper Wyoming is absolutely beautiful. There is no place like Wyoming. It will take your breath away. I will highly recommend everyone see Wyoming at least once. I am looking forward to my next visit to Wyoming. The Rockies will take your breath away. Thank you
Enjoyed our stay. The Buffalo Bill Hotel and The Irma Restaurant and Grill for amazing atmosphere and food. Also Wyoming’s Rib and Chop House. Wanted to try Cassie’s. Visit Old Trail Town. Buffalo Bill Cody Stampede Park. Buffalo Bill Center of the West for history and museums. Walk down Sheridan Ave.
Enjoyed Sheridan Wyoming the people were very friendly. Downtown Sheridan during the Christmas Stroll was beautiful & was great family fun. Shops for all ages For souvenirs buy Surf Wyoming gear downtown Also there are two mini casinos, only made it to one but it was fun. Best Western restaurant had great food specials
One horse town but is on the upswing with new construction, new hotels and chain restaurants all around... and the people are fairly nice. It is “backwoods” so don’t expect Armani, Rolex or lobster! Allot of bad tattoos, pickup trucks and flannel. Flat as a board, loads of snow, and wicked cold! But that’s 95% of Wyoming:) Had fun just the same. But was glad to get back to “civilization” in Denver.
Pinedale is one of my favorite places in Wyoming. Such beautiful scenery in all directions. The people are so mice. A great place to visit. Charming small town atmosphere. Love it here.
Came for a funeral so it was not a happy occasion. It is always windy in Wyoming so keep that in mind when visiting. Casper is a very industrial town with some nice residential areas and some interesting historical areas.
Laramie is a very nice, relaxed, Wyoming mountain town. The University of Wyoming is located here. Ease of driving around in and lots of places to see. Awesome coffee shops. University has a museum open to the public. A must see. Not far from hiking, fishing and skiing. Always comfortable temps.

This place feels and looks like Wyoming. The staff is awesome, upgraded our room at no cost so each of us could have our own bed (myself and 2 adultish kids), and the provided breakfast is so much better than standard chain hotel fare. On top if this, it was sigificantly less expensive. Highly recommend this place if you need a bed in Gillette. Also across from the Camplex (local event complex) that has a really neat park featuring obsolete large construction and mining equipment you can just walk over to.

Great place! Loved it! Rooms HUGE!! Wonderful upstairs room overlooking the river. Staff super! Resort had a fun saloon and dining room. Had dinner; food really good. Included huge buffet breakfast that had everything! The resort is kind of like hotel/camping with all the amenities! Fun place...like staying in a log cabin....Good location between Yellowstone Park and Cody, Wyoming. Highly recommend! Definite good value!

We stayed at 8 hotels during our road trip and this was the nicest hotel we went to. You get a lot of bang for your buck in this part of Wyoming so next time, we're going to stay more than one night. The lobby is nice and inviting with free refreshments, the rooms were really nice and the wifi was better than at some of the other hotels we went to.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are well kept and clean. The staff is amazing. The staff care about this hotel and their quests. This was my first trip to Wyoming and I was made to feel like family. I am looking forward to my next visit to Wyoming and I will stay at Day"s Inn. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is the quintessential place for you to stay at Jackson. The room is roomy and comfortable. The breakfast is a little bit expensive but worth every dime. The only drawback is probably the not-so-easy to find. Because this is my first time to Wyoming, I used google to navigate to the hotel and it took me a while to find the hotel.

We like this property for game weekends at the University of Wyoming. Unlike most other hotels in Laramie, the Motel 8 does not appear to jack up the rates for games. This hotel is older and simple, but the rooms are clean and comfortable and a great value for the money. They appear to be gradually renovating the rooms, as well.

This historic hotel is an unexpected gem in the middle of nowhere! This part of Wyoming is "wide open range land" with few towns. The hotel has been renovated but preserves its historic charm. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and furnished in late Victorian style. The restaurant is excellent! Well worth a visit!

This is a truly historic hotel. Congratulations to the owners/managers to be keeping this place going and with style. Visiting the Plains Hotel is a great way to connect with authentic Wyoming today as well as the rich history clearly evident throughout.

This hotel is high on a hill overlooking Sheridan. It appears to be fairly new and we thought it was one of the nicest places we stayed on our Wyoming road trip. Well worth staying here all around.

Loved the Wyoming feel and decor of the room, but it was small. Ok, for 2 people, but more would have been cramped.
