The woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and kind at check in. We had forgotten our Booking.com information/confirmation number and she really went above and beyond in helping to locate our reservation information, and she was very polite about it all. She truly wanted a positive outcome. She was also exceptionally nice at check out. We really appreciated her help. We love the location of this hotel. It’s very accessible with ample parking, and wonderful views.

Garage convince, the soft carpet, very family friendly. The arcade room was enjoyable. The host was welcoming and the there were instructions for where things were, as well as for the rules. Everything was made very easy to follow and made it feel as if we were just right at home. Would stay again and again!
