I used booking.com we agreed on the full chare of $129.36...
I used booking.com we agreed on the full chare of $129.36 taxes included. But I was charged $143.00 upon checkout and did not notice the charge until we got home. Have tried to contact booking.com to get my refund but they do not answer. When I try to contact someone it takes me to the hotel and not booking.com. Seems booking.com takes the money but won't deal with anything else. They have not answered my request that I submitted almost 2 days ago, but they take your money in a second. Very bad practice. I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere, great people, good food and the kindness that was extremely refreshing given the divisive posture of our nation right now. The food at every restaurant we ate went beyond our expectations. We visited Toleca Mexican and Charro Mexican and Cliftons West Side Cafe. The wait staff at each of these restaurants were polite, kind, courteous. Lebanon is like stepping back in to simpler place and time. Everyone we encountered were friendly and courteous. We was disappointed in the steak house we had supper at.

This was the filthiest room I ever stayed in.
This was the filthiest room I ever stayed in. I can’t describe the nasty filth. Toenail clippings on nightstand. Cigarette ashes everywhere. The room smelled of smoke. The front clerk told me to cancel my room and leave when I asked him to come check out the room. The refrigerator had mold in it. Was afraid to take a shower because of the dirt in the bathroom. I wasn’t offered another room I assume all rooms there are filthy dirty. There was a cigarette burn on the bedspread.
