So when I first came he gave me a 2 bed I only paid for 1 so...

So when I first came he gave me a 2 bed I only paid for 1 so then I have A newborn people were hateful put us in cold with baby put stuff out tried to make me pay for a 2 bed that he assigned to me after I paid for 1 bed n told Him I want 1 bed , springs coming out bed not safe for kids , bugs bite at night Doors not good , vending machines ewwww, lies on website no breakfast, then my baby’s gets rushed to icu right in in there 2 days I paid my stay he said I have to pay $80 huh I haven’t even been there 2 days n I checked out the next day 1 emergency 2 tried to make me pay the same room 2 times after showing receiptdidn’t even get to stay so I cent get my money Backit was a emergency it’s on papers , also they scam they lie about the prices to new customers to keep sum money in there pockets worst experience ever man so bad so so so so so badddddd there so rude , so rude I wouldn’t prefer nobody to spend money with them and I want to sue n get cooperate involved!!!!! And also I was threatened to get my stickers anyway with my 2 month baby 7 cans of formula her bottles , our clothes , shoes , hair thing he says he wound throw away if I don’t give him $80 Free dollars bc I was at icu with my 2 year old baby bc she needed oxygen what type of stuff is that even the female they are siblings racist and all .

The painted sidewalks were slippery when it was wet.

The painted sidewalks were slippery when it was wet. There was no meat on a breakfast bar and the food was cold that was supposed to be hot. You couldn't take any food out and they said it was just Continental but most Continentals have a meat 🥓

Location was perfect. Amenities, not so much.

Location was perfect. Amenities, not so much. Condition of the room was horrible. Heat was not working. Coffee machine was not working. Water ran from the bottom of commode. Elevator was dangerous and loud.

The location was ideal and near to shopping facilities.

The location was ideal and near to shopping facilities. However, the hotel was filthy and lousy. Management was awful, disgusting, oppressive, and nasty and Patel lack reasoning and moral and ethical standards.

The hotel had a great number of people there and not enough food. They were cooking a little of time ; for example 4-5 pieces of bacon in the microwave at a time. It was terrible. We had to do a thorough cleaning in our room before we could even sit down. I was disappointed for my birthday weekend.

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very clean and the bed was super comfy. On the day of checkout, I lost my earrings, but Ms. Dee Crowgey ensured that this was found and kept until a family member collected it for me. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Lithonia
