We stayed in the Premier Royal Loft and had a lovely experience. The apartment was spacious, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully laid out. The cooking facilities were excellent, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay—would definitely recommend! A bonus was the fabulous little Thai restaurant—Thai District—just across the road. Great food, and I highly recommend the COCONUT HOT SOUFFLÉ for dessert! Just be sure to order it at the beginning of your meal, as it takes time to prepare.

The staff was very attentive, they provided excellent service, for example my mom is elderly and she had hard time with the bed height, I called the front desk and they helped accommodate with a small ladder as a step stool and that was great for her. Everything was excellent!!

The Ambience, attention to detail and courtesy of the staff was excellent. The Chelsea Chowder house restaurant was very special. We loved the food and setting. Also do not miss the Promenade bar, it is truly stylish and fun.

Downtown location was great, fun view of the trams for the kids. The room was better than imagined, the design and comfort were top! They were remodeling the steam room, but the pool was great and the workout room was small, but had the basics needed on vacation.

    We were visiting for an event at the LB Beer Lab and were glad to see that the area had really cleaned up in recent years. We didn't get too far from the hotel, but had we stayed longer, would have liked to see more of the city.

    Beautiful area. We had never been. We were just returning from a cruise. It is close to several beaches, the Queen Mary and LA. We went to LA while there. We just had the best time and it was so relaxing. I would definitely go back. We got to go to Rosco's Chicken & Waffles. The food was amazing. We had never been to it before. We took an amazing tour to the Hollywood sign and to Beverly Hills thru VIP Hollywood Tours. It was amazing. Great pictures and tour guide(Justin). Saw so many celebrity home up close and personal.

    Long Beach is a destination that offers plenty of walking sights and sounds. If you're looking for a quirky place to stay, consider the Queen Mary. Dining on this historic ship provides a unique evening experience. Bask in a different time when life was simpler and people took pride in their appearance. The boardwalks and shopping streets make for a great alternative to lounging by the swimming pool. Although I had only passed through Los Angeles before, this time I decided to take some time to stop and soak in the surrounding area.

    Never had a chance to really fully experience Long Beach as we went there only for one reason and that was the Queen Mary. We didn't check in until late in the afternoon. Dinner time. And checked out early in the morning

    Long Beach is a hidden gem! The food was incredible.

    Long Beach is a hidden gem! The food was incredible. We went to Lola's Mexican Cuisine, and it was fantastic! We went to Saint & Second and it did not disappoint! It was phenomenal. We also visited King's Fish house and the Breakfast bar. We went to the Coin show at the convention center and we enjoyed Astra Lumina at South Coast Botanical Gardens. Overall, an absolutely amazing time!

    We booked this room 5 minutes before arriving to escape the fires in LA. The manager on duty was helpful and understanding. We had an amazing stay and were very happy! We were very impressed with how beautiful Long Beach was. It's a lovely town!

    A wonderful old house with a cozy atmosphere. Nicely decorated clean rooms. The location is great, close to the beach and not far from Downtown Long Beach. Breakfast was varied and lovingly prepared. Pat is a lovely and unobtrusive host. We were so glad that she shared her home with us!
