Best bed Ever! the cottage had everything I needed. The staff were super helpful The :mountain top dark quiet night was exactly what I was looking for. The resort's location right off the Blue Ridge Parkway and I mean right off, was ideal. Occasionally , I could hear a car going by, and that was because, except for bird song and the breeze in the trees, there was no other sound. Magic is what I call it. I'm so glad that I booked 2 nights.

Location, location, location! For a ski trip, you can't get much closer to the slopes. The unit was on the first floor as well, so maybe 5 steps - which made things much easier in ski equipment. From door to slopes was about 50 feet!

Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at Diamond Adventure Slope Side with Foosball and Arcade at Wintergreen Resort free of charge.

This was an excellent location for us to attend a family wedding at Shannon Farms. The house was warm and bright. The decor was pure comfort and great for watching family movies on the large screen TV. The very best part of the stay was finding all of the little ‘extra’ touches like a Keurig with a variety of snacks, cookies ready to bake in the refrigerator, Andes candies in the bedroom and tons of spices. I only used the stove once but it was nice and clean. The house has the Keurig, a French press and a drip coffee maker. Just a wonderful time was had by all.
