This is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit the Pittsburgh area. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. It's consistently clean, and the staff is, for the most part, personable and professional. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished except for the odd sliding TV set-ups found in the rooms in which I've stayed. It is a very comfortable place to stay.

    I enjoyed shopping at Monroeville Miracle Mile plaza. I went shopping at Marshall's , and 5below store for my grand children it was nice .I got back to room rested until time to go to dinner at local place where we attended a family reunion. I mentioned where I was staying at Extended stay by the CVS.smiles.😇😇😇

    Room smelled like cigarettes and had burn hole on comforter...

    Room smelled like cigarettes and had burn hole on comforter and burn marks on floor. Clerk at check in repeatedly brought up the a $60 charge for smoking in room. Funny since our room clearly was smoked in. What did they do with money they charged last guest????

    We went to Monroeville park, and they have a zen space , walking track it was really nice.😊😊.Movies at the Mall.We have 5guys a burgers place 3pm and dinner at Hibachi grill called Saga. It was all good. 😊😊😁

    Monroeville is the Gateway to Pittsburgh from the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Lots to do, great restaurants, great variety of shopping locations, places of worship for Hindus, Jews, Catholics, Protestants, and other religions. Great diversity. Far enough from Pittsburgh to be safe and suburban, but close enough to drive 20 minutes so see the sights of Mt Washington, experience the universities, medical centers, cultural events, and all Pittsburgh has to offer. We love it.

    When you're in Monroeville - all types of stores/restaurants...

    When you're in Monroeville - all types of stores/restaurants are right there! TX Roadhouse is right across the street - they have delicious salmon (very moist), wonderful shrimp and their steaks are fantastic too! This hotel has a fantastic location! There's a Par 2 Golf course on Northern Pike for a nice family activity as well.

    This sprawling strip of commercial restaurants and shops is good for someone who wants to find things, like chain stores and eateries. It's close enough to the "real" town, Pittsburgh, so it's a decent place to stay. I did eat at two places that I would recommend--Mad Mex and Coast and Main.
