Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable rooms and wonderful food. Lovely breakfast each morning in their beautiful restaurant. The waitress (Nichelle) was great. My husband and I enjoyed the whole place. We would recommend.
I wish we had had time to do tours and walk arounds, but we were there merely for a family event. The neighborhood seemed a great place to loiter around, although the weather was extremely chilly at the time we visited.
Love staying at The Guest House and dining there at Farrah’s. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Frankie’s on Main, shopping downtown eating dinner at The Kitchen Bistro while listening to a jazz pianist. Also loved the band at Locust Alley. Took the walking Ghost Tour with Scott and was fascinated to go inside the old jail.
A city with a lot of history, I loved going to the famous Under-the-Hill Saloon, it takes the cake, be sure to go. It has an excellent vibe, I liked the decoration, music and atmosphere. I walked right away from the Mississippi River, I just didn't have time to visit some of the mansions that abound there; like Longwood or Rosalie Mansion.
Beautiful town with a lot of historic homes and great places to eat. Love sitting and watching the tug boats pushing barges down the Mississippi River, Under the Hill you will find The Camp - great food and drinks.
The town and local s were wonderful.Shopping was excellent, food was great. The balloon fest was a disappointment. Nothing was on time, and there was no balloon flights unless you knew where to watch them take off from wherever they decided to do that from. And that was not the festival,we waited hours to see something and the glow was 4 balloons for maybe 20 min flickering. NOT what the paper and adds built it up to be,talked to many disappointed people. The highlight of the trip was seeing Chapel Heart sing, they were awesome!
Natchez
Ten years ago this was my go to spot when i visited the area which was about once a month for a year. The property had started to go down in appearance and quality so i stopped going to this hotel. This time i went the property and I had seen that they were under new ownership and they had put a little bit of funding back into the property. As someone else said this place is not the Taj Mahal but for the price it was pretty good.
Natchez
We really liked the size of this hotel. We had attention if we needed it but it was basically a quick check-in and then we were left to ourselves. The location is fantastic whew you can walk to everything. I would recommend eating at the hotel restaurant- incredible moussaka.
Natchez
We had a great time at this B&B! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the people working there were extremely nice! If we return to Natchez one day, this will definitely be the place to stay!
The breakfast they provide at no charge is always hot, plentiful, tastes great. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. Especially George, Michael, and Cynthia. You , also, can't beat the value of the hotel facilities.
Natchez
Mary, the breakfast chef, makes the best southern breakfast in all of Mississippi. It's a really wonderful "taste" of the great hospitality that Natchez is famous for. Her grits are pure perfection and so are her yeast rolls.
We really loved this beautiful house and location and were made very welcome by our hostess Heather. The terrace overlooking the Mississippi was stunning and made a delightful place to relax with a drink.
Natchez
The location is perfect! Being right on a main strip of town, we were afforded a direct drive to everything we had come to Natchez to do. Could not have been happier about how close it was to everything.
Natchez
The location was close to amenities. The room was clean. The fridge worked nicely. The bed was comfortable. It's a cheap hotel. For cheap it was great! Would stay here again.
A gem in Natchez. Everything (from design to care) is perfect. My wife and I just regret we did not spend a second night there.
Absolutely nothing was good about this hotel. Not recommended. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else... anywhere else.
Great location on the Mississippi, convenient parking, comfortable beds, coffee maschine in the room
