average old motel with some nice areas but, no walk in shower, no business office to print, If traveling and need a place for the night this is a fine choice as it was clean and free breakfast bonus, if you are planning a vacation stay there are nicer places we have stayed for about the same amont.

The heated swimming was great additional amenity of the hotel, and it was the most favorite spot of the family. The breakfast was really good. It was easy to locate the place. Definitely, we will stay again.

This was very convenient for our purposes.
This was very convenient for our purposes. The place is simple, very clean, and well run and we've enjoyed staying here very much. We will return here again. While here we discovered quite a few interesting restaurants within a short drive...Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, plus the usual favorites including friendly diners. New Cumberland is a very charming village with cute shops and places to eat.

Mixed opinion on this hotel.
Mixed opinion on this hotel. Less expensive than others, good location with restaurants and comedy club in walking distance. Accommodating staff. Room could have been cleaner and maintained better. I think they were short staffed in this area. No A/C in fitness room. Pool was great. Breakfast saved us $ and was good.

I booked a smoking room not realizing it until we entered the room. Being a non smoker i would not have been able to stay in the room. The gentleman at the front desk switched us to a non smoking room with no issues.

It was nice enough for a night's stay to break up a long drive, just off 83. The lobby area looked in need of repair, but my room was very nice. I appreciated having a small table to place beside the armchair. I also liked the artwork on the walls.
