The rooms have always been nice but they have been more recently updated and look great and are so comfortable. We have always been pleased with this property. Great value for the money spent!

Newer vibe, nice staff and good breakfast.

Very conveniently located, easy access. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly. Loved the balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like the picture.

Everything perfect, you will get more than you paid

They have the most comfortable mattresses. The mini frig has a freezer to re-freeze your ice packs. There is a table with a desk chair for those who need to do editing or work on a laptop. The continental breakfast is good. Waffles, cereals, toast, bagels, donuts, instant oatmeal, coffee, tea, 2% milk, orange and apple juice.

Clean Friendly staff Location

The room was nice. The staff members were very friendly and great people. The food was good.

Convenient!! Everything we needed was right there! We didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to!

Better than expected! Pillows are heaven !

It was a great hotel. Location and very clean. Well designed with spacious rooms

Our stay was great here , my kids loved both pools and the spa was amazing , the lobby staff and all the workers were great and always helped when needed !

I can't say enough great things about Black Fox Lodge! I'm truly grateful for lodging accommodations that are NOT pet friendly. This is like trying to find Atlantis these days but thank you, Black Fox Lodge for clean, pet-free accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The building is pretty pristine and smells fresh and clean. It's convenient to all things Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and easy to get in and out of. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it!

Great breakfast, easy check in even with us needing to check in early due to having oxygen in our car they made sure to accommodate us. Rooms were nice too

King suite was impressive! Large kitchen and a lot of space

The property seemed to be newly renovated. Inside & out was pretty & clean. Our room was comfy & felt more homey than a hotel. Everything was very clean & pillows were really comfy! Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Good stuff all good work thanks

They have a great breakfast, I love the rooms with two beds, its like having two rooms! It was very clean.

This isn’t a chain hotel. Everyone there was nice, the room was outdated but seemed exceptionally clean. We would stay again.

King size room with fireplace and jacuzzi. Very clean, hotel was quiet at night, mattress was extremely comfortable, shower was great. Continental breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of offerings including make your own waffle.

The manager was AWESOME! She went above and beyond to make sure the customers stay was everything they needed - and wanted!
