Too many police just doing the most just stopping people for the hell of it. around the hotel I stayed at there were a lot of homeless people and an ambulance almost backed into me. Idk what kind of place it is because we stayed inside our hotel but the Walmart was cool. It just doesn't seem like a place that would encourage me to want to invest in a forever home there, really not even a temporary one there.

Newnan has all the amenities of a mid-sized suburb, but it also has a very cute downtown area with many active businesses. The local parks provide lots of beautiful hikes. The neighborhoods look well maintained and the locals were friendly.

I was charged an extra $75 to stay in a dirty room. When I got there between 11am-12 noon, the receptionist said no rooms available until 2:30-3pm. I came back at 3pm and I was told no rooms available yet. I insisted on a refund so I could go to another hotel and I was told the booking was non-refundable. I insisted on a room at 3pm check-in time so I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was a half of roll of toilet tissue paper, which the manager said if the previous guest doesn’t use all the toilet paper, they leave it in the room for the next guest. This is completely unsanitary because people have germs 🦠 on their hands when they use the bathroom. I had dirty wash cloth and towels. To top it all off, they didn’t give me a clean bed to sleep in. Worst experience ever!

Coming from Virginia Beach, Virginia not knowing the area, I just took a chance. Wow, I am so glad we stayed here. Clean, excellent customer service, and surrounding are beautiful. Shopping centers, restaurants and a comfortable place to sleep. This girl was in heaven!!! Headed back to Virginia Beach will never forget this wonderful experience. Thank you to the staff. My hats off to you!!!!!!

Drug users hanging out back. Dog feces all over grass. Dumpster had trash all around it and stunk. No outdoor locks working with card. Broke. Check in desk 100% encased in plastic panels and could only slide credit card in small slot to them even during the day you had to use this supposed night check it. Stay clear of it. Needs to be condemned. My husband is a construction Engineer. Worst he's seen.

Needs gap on entry and adjoining rooms doors repaired. You can hear everything down the hallway and in rooms beside and above you. Need improvement with Business Practices Mgr was not helpful in securing refund for error with booking.com. Made many promises while I was there however it’s been over 30 days and no refund. Continental Breakfast Area needs staff that practice proper food handling and proper sanitation protocols specially after the serious COVID pandemic. I noticed poor grounds maintenance. Litter and debris surrounding area. Also a number of times noticed homeless individuals roaming around. There was even a self made sleeping area out the back of the hotel. Appeared to look like a homeless living arrangement. Front desk often unattended. Allowing for entry by anyone.
