Pros: clean, big TV, I asked for non smoking and it was odorless. Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Location was good and safe. We checked in after 9 and out by 9:00 am. Cons: tiny bathroom with a mat in tub that was slippery. Beds were double. My son said his was fine. My husband and I could not sleep all night and felt they were uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant, but overworked. The Front desk had too many jobs to fill. We got the feeling that they were trying to save money. We had to ask for everything. More help was needed for the place to run efficiently and extra supplies should have been stocked. No hair blower, extra soap, etc. was needed.
