the only reason we stayed there was for a competition and so my kid could use the pool. AFTER they swiped my credit card they told me the pool wasn't available. Hotel was great. My complaint is that the hotel phone # is not available on line. I end up booking With a 2nd party and It doesn't go well. I booked this room on the IHG app using accumulated points. At check in, I discover that the booking was thru booking com, and the points can not be used. Tell me how I can find your local # on line. I had no problems with these accommodations.
I had no problems with these accommodations. They served my needs. I just wish the bed was adjustable. I have acid reflux. Just mentioning as a after thought. I know some people need to have a inverted bed ever so slightly for proper circulation and comfort.Guest review byBruce
