Located 4 miles from the Ontario Convention Center, this California hotel offers an outdoor pool. Each room at Hotel Hacienda at Ontario Ranch features cable TV with extended channels.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the room had not been cleaned properly. There were numerous mosquitoes buzzing around, and within minutes, we were being bitten. To make matters worse, we found hair in the tub, shower, and bed—hair that did not match any of our own. The sheets were visibly dirty, and the overall state of the room made us feel quite unclean just from inspecting it. In addition to these cleanliness issues, the shower water was either unbearably hot or scalding. Despite the cold option on the handle, the water temperature never fell below 100 degrees. There were also several missing light bulbs, and some light switches did not work at all. The inadequate and flickering lighting made the room feel like a scene from a horror movie. This lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness was both unprofessional and unacceptable. It was clear that corners had been cut to maximize profit at the expense of guest satisfaction. To add to our frustration, despite only spending about an hour in the room before deciding to leave, the staff informed us that a cancellation and refund were not possible. This entire experience was a significant inconvenience and caused undue stress, as we were forced to find and book another hotel last minute. This disruption impacted our plans for the night and was a considerable setback to our trip. I plan to address this issue with management on Monday in hopes of securing a refund since the staff claimed that they couldn't give a refund when we told them about our room conditions. This lodging experience was far from acceptable and has left a lasting negative impression.

    The first room they put me in had a bad light bulb. I went to the front desk and told the person at the desk about it. She said oh I’m very sorry. I said please send someone to fix it. She said no I’m going to move you to another room. She upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. The room was wonderful! This place went beyond what I expected! Thank you again! I hopefully will be back again soon.

    Look if you’re unfamiliar with the area here are some examples of what you might expect : . It is ghetto . People can be scary . abundance of crackheads - (means lock your doors / windows etc.) - (still not as bad as San Bernardino though for real) - the night shift front desk person dgaf. Generally sketch vibes, roach motels, don’t expect to get any sleep at night because your motel next door neighbor is gonna be testing out his new ryobi impact drill that his homie just traded him for a dub of skante and some bud (outdoor) . Then the walls are thin so you can hear all the motel next door neighbors doing the George Michaels, if you know what I mean , all through the mf night. and you’ll end up just sitting in the dark, roachs are crawling, feels like someone is watching you in your room, homless people are just gonna open your door and come in if you leave it unlocked I’m not even kidding

    Ontario is a very nice city to visit. Being the main city for the Ontario International Airport, the Ontario Mills Mall and the Ontario Convention Center. There is always something to do while visiting Ontario California.

    I really enjoy visiting Ontario CA.

    I really enjoy visiting Ontario CA. They have many places to shop at, kind people around the city, and have many beautiful views. My favorite spots where going to the golf course they have, the parks, and the food. I ate a pizza from 7 eleven on fourth and baker, which the pizza was so good 👍. Getting around Ontario CA is so easy.

    Starting at star levels 75% of the hotels are over priced and customer service and deposit fees don't match up with accommodations on the single/double levels However The Ontario Mills Mall Improv Comedy and surrounding sites,etc. Make it a great place to visit! Foodie interests went through the roof with restaurant offerings and this local fried chicken house called Donhues in Ontario CA! We thought we'll just try it based on word of mouth ..lol It became a habit of sorts as a go to especially as it was fresh fried chicken to order with these rolls! 😱 This review is done can someone call in a snack box Strawberry Lemonade wedge potatoes
