So hard to believe this property is located in Auburn, CA. It feels like a luxury 5 star hotel in an exotic location. Staff was attentive, responsive and so pleasant. This was definitely a hotel I’d recommend staying at and the price was truly affordable. Superb breakfast, which came included with our stay.

    We came to Pilot Hill for a wedding at the Bayley Barn.

    We came to Pilot Hill for a wedding at the Bayley Barn. What a beautiful venue and a gorgeous area! Very quiet with breathtaking views, windy roads, and plenty of natural beauty. I had no idea what to expect in this part of California but was pleasantly surprised with how lovely it was. The people were friendly and the proximity to Auburn, Placerville, and Tahoe was a plus.
