Located in Princeville, Beautiful Kauai Condo features a private pool and free WiFi. This property offers access to a balcony. The architecture, the layout, the windows, the foliage and environment around it, the beauty and ease of use of the kitchen, the feeling of “coming home” to it, the small neighborhood feeling, the drawer full of toys, the thoughtfulness of some of the items left for us to use - like beach towels or the little stair-climbing-helper for heavy luggage.

Located in Princeville, just 2.1 miles from Hanalei Beach Park, Hale Kipa Golf Course Home provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a tennis court and free WiFi. Location to the wedding at st Regis justed down the road n it was very quiet n a lot off room.
Located in Princeville, Makai Club Vacation Resort provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy free bikes, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. I like that the cottages were free standing and not attached to neighbors, that it's a large living space, that they have bikes, beach chairs, etc. available, and also fun daily resort events .
Ocean views are featured from every room at this nonsmoking Princeville Sealodge beachfront holiday home. Free WiFi and free parking is offered. An outdoor pool is featured on the grounds to use. Location, location, location. The setting on the edge of the cliff with ocean views is superb - among the best in Princeville. After that, the unit was clean and well-maintained and furnished. A few extras, such as beach chairs and lounging chairs, were provided. The trail head to Sealodge Beach is close by. Sealodge beach is a wonderful small and uncrowded beach, with decent snorkeling. Nancy was easy to reach and communicate with about issues and questions.

Not as advertised, an old hotel in need of updating. Prices were far too high for a 1 star hotel. Resort has been sold and new management is not doing much at this point to improve facility while still charging premium rates. Restaurants on site are only open at certain hours for the day and food is lackluster and very expensive. Neighboring accommodations offer a much better value and attention to guest comfort. Web site for this resort shows pictures that are at least 10+ years old, nothing close to what actually exists today. Many of the staff we spoke with are discouraged about the lack of management involvement in maintaining a quality facility.
Booking.com would not print my original review. FYI, you will not get a room with a view like Booking.com has posted for this location. The restaurant IS CLOSED and will not open for years. No one has worked to get it open in years. I have been to this property 7 times since 1987 and it is only going down hill. I wish someone else would buy it and run it.
Lots of driving on a single very busy road to get to shops, meals, etc. if youre a golfer probably more enjoyable, but we spent a lot of time driving to other areas to eat, shop or do much of anything else.
The views, the restaurants, the resorts and the beaches nearby are all amazing! An excellent community, well developed with groceries and shopping nearby. Only an hour from the south shore and about an hour and half to Waimea Canyon. Spectacular!
Princeville is on the north shore of Kauai. It is a very peaceful setting with a beautiful golf course right in the center of the development. There are a number of good places to eat. We particularly liked Pizzaz, located in the main shopping area. Getting around Princeville is easy, but getting to Princeville from Lihue (location of the main airport) involves a trip along a highway that is often crowded, with traffic moving very slow.
Princeville looks like most towns on the mainland - they've bulldozed the natural environment and planted grass and built condos and hotels. We usually stay in places in Hawaii that have integrated small cottages into the natural environment. That said, there are lots of choices of accommodations, a variety of prices ranges, and close-by stores and restaurants. And no matter where you are, you are not far from amazing natural beauty, even right there in Princeville.
Great location near golf, stores, and restaurants. Hanalei and the beach are just a short drive too. Home provides beach chairs, beach towles and boogie boards for the kids. Great views from the second floor windows. Plenty of yard for the family to enjoy and a basketball court is located right next to property. We enjoyed our stay !
