These Hawaiian condos are one mile from the Bali Hai beach and feature 2 outdoor pool. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. Great place to stay. Rooms were spacious. Was nice having a kitchen to do some cooking in. Proximity to lots of great areas in Kauai (beaches, restaurants, hikes, sites, etc.) was nice. Great pool and hot tubs.

Located in Princeville, Beautiful Kauai Condo features a private pool and free WiFi. This property offers access to a balcony. The architecture, the layout, the windows, the foliage and environment around it, the beauty and ease of use of the kitchen, the feeling of “coming home” to it, the small neighborhood feeling, the drawer full of toys, the thoughtfulness of some of the items left for us to use - like beach towels or the little stair-climbing-helper for heavy luggage.

Ocean views are featured from every room at this nonsmoking Princeville Sealodge beachfront holiday home. Free WiFi and free parking is offered. An outdoor pool is featured on the grounds to use. Location, location, location. The setting on the edge of the cliff with ocean views is superb - among the best in Princeville. After that, the unit was clean and well-maintained and furnished. A few extras, such as beach chairs and lounging chairs, were provided. The trail head to Sealodge Beach is close by. Sealodge beach is a wonderful small and uncrowded beach, with decent snorkeling. Nancy was easy to reach and communicate with about issues and questions.

Nestled on a cliff on the north shore of the Hawaiian island of Kaua'i, this resort in Princeville offers spacious villas with all the comforts of home as well as luxurious facilities. Very spacious room with lots of light and two large screen tv’s. Roomy kitchen with basic cooking needs. Little general store seems well supplied. Staff always friendly, but not intrusive. Will hold doors, smile and greet you. Love the Ne-Ne’s! The balcony was great. Lots of pool lounge chairs to choose from great outside pool food provisions including mixed drinks. Loved the turkey wrap. For the most part, a quiet & relaxing place that is ray to get to.

Princeville is GORGEOUS! It’s perfect for those who want to be bougie on a budget. I loved the Princeville Resort, our service at Halele’a Spa was marvelous and having access to the beach was a major plus. Princeville is super lush and green and we loved the balance of sunny and rainy days! We also loved that we didn’t have to go too far to go ziplining! Ziplining at Princeville Ranch was absolutely THE BEST! If you want a nice healthy breakfast check out a place called The Spot
Princeville is like an oceanside golf community. Don’t let golf deter you though. It’s just a well maintained area - landscaped and pretty. It is not beachfront though. If you go to Queens Bath or Hideaways Beach you are essentially hiking. Food options are scant... A couple restaurants and shopping center with a Foodland - a grocery store. The draw is the location and views.
Beautiful north shore area of Kauai with great ocean views. Beach access is not easy however, and the main road west of Princeville is overly congested with lots of one-lane bridges (so plan for driving delays). Great place to relax and take a break in Hawaii.
Not as advertised, an old hotel in need of updating. Prices were far too high for a 1 star hotel. Resort has been sold and new management is not doing much at this point to improve facility while still charging premium rates. Restaurants on site are only open at certain hours for the day and food is lackluster and very expensive. Neighboring accommodations offer a much better value and attention to guest comfort. Web site for this resort shows pictures that are at least 10+ years old, nothing close to what actually exists today. Many of the staff we spoke with are discouraged about the lack of management involvement in maintaining a quality facility.
Booking.com would not print my original review. FYI, you will not get a room with a view like Booking.com has posted for this location. The restaurant IS CLOSED and will not open for years. No one has worked to get it open in years. I have been to this property 7 times since 1987 and it is only going down hill. I wish someone else would buy it and run it.
Lots of driving on a single very busy road to get to shops, meals, etc. if youre a golfer probably more enjoyable, but we spent a lot of time driving to other areas to eat, shop or do much of anything else.

The room was great, kitchen was small but functional and the area is very beautiful. Kauai is better to explore if you have a car. Loved that we could make our own breakfast and have a BBQoutside at the property. The also had a shuttle to the royal Princeville where the view is spectacular and dinner was amazing! The shuttle also took us to the helicopter ride at Princeville airport at to the local village to get supplies and drinks at no extra cost!
