Everything was honestly excellent. Safe area to park the car, very easy check-in process, super clean and comfortable room and beds. Everything worked as it should, nice hot shower, fast wifi, and delicious (real, finally!) breakfast in the morning. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area.

We initially came for a three night stay.
We initially came for a three night stay. My husband had a heart attack the first night so he went to the hospital and I stayed for five nights. They were very helpful and accommodating under the circumstances. They let me move to a larger room when my daughter joined me. Let me add/subtract nights on short notice. Gave me a medical discount . I could not have asked for better support. Thank you . I will stay there whenever we visit Roanoke.

We live in a nearby town. And make several trips a week to Roanoke. Often wish we lived there to save the commute (But then we like our own house too much). There is plenty of great food and entertainment in Roanoke. We like Atlanta and Dallas too, but on a smaller scale Roanoke competes well and is WAY WAY WAY less hassle. Pick up a copy of the Roanoker for lots of tips on food and entertainment. We always take guests to the Mill Mountain Star and the Train Museum.MarthaUnited States of America - 10
Roanoke has the best of both worlds.
Roanoke has the best of both worlds. You can be downtown and experience wonderful restaurants and boutiques, or you can go up to Mill Mountain and visit a Zoo or the famous Star!! They also have the river so you can do things on the water. There are many trails throughout the city.

The proximity of the hotel to the shopping center was great! A lot of a variety of stores were accessible and it wasn't too far to get back onto the interstate for quicker travel. The location was a mash up with a bunch of other food and hotel spots and the customer service the night receptionist gave us was amazing (didn't get her name though). The woman flying kite statue was also a nice addition to the lobby area and 24/7 access to the coffee makers.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to COVID-19, they didn’t have a breakfast buffet, but instead, every guest got an individual bagged breakfast. It shows they did care about their guests. The pillows were the best I ever saw. It turned out I could buy one, but I had no room in my car (driving a long way, taking a lot). I’ll be back there on my return trip, for sure!

I don't get luxury experiences very often and was at this hotel solely because my daughter's thought it looked like a castle and love hotels. The staff was super kind and patient. My daughter's had a great time and everything we had from the kitchen was fantastic. They are extremely picky eaters. It was an experience on its own
