Everything, they were super nice. I stayed in room 7, but I saw room 8. Both were really great. I don't know why there are complaints. There was AC, heat, a kitchen, all the stuff you need to cook and coffee stuff. There was a table to eat. A view, everything. I'm already back for a second stay.

The room we had 108 was clean and spacious for our two adults and two kids stay. The parking was ok one night we had to park behind the lodge which a walking path to our room was a few steps away. The heated pool was not on when we got there but it warmed up a day later . The ping pong set was outdoors and they have a basketball stand . We used all the amenities. Would recommend and stay again.

I absolutely loved my stay! The cabin was cozy, clean, and peaceful, with a beautiful mountain atmosphere and a great location for enjoying Lake Arrowhead. It was the perfect relaxing getaway, and I would happily stay here again.

The cabin was honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in both big bear and lake arrowhead. The host was very accommodating and friendly, and will definitely book here again.
