The first time in the States that we were offered Oat Milk for breakfast. Breakfast was a fabulous 'grab and go', with Trail Mix, Oats, fruit cups, yoghurt etc The space was beautifully done. Located on Route 66, this lodge is less than 20 miles to the base of the Grand Canyon. A seasonal hot tub and a heated outdoor pool are featured. The staff was nice and facilities were clean. We asked for extra sheets at one point and they said they didn't have any, which I don't buy, but other than that it was great.

It was a very small town but looked so cheap I visited the 'family dollar' store nearby my hotel and it was like '99 cents only store' and it had cheap soda if you are a soda guy lol. Other gift shops were closed by the time we arrive at our hotel on every day of our stay so couldn't tell how were they. But overall the area was so tranquil and good.
I enjoyed walking the streets at dawn when no one else was around. There are amazing photo opportunities for people who keep their eyes open. It's interesting to see Small Town America with its cracks and flaws, but also its unexpected moments of beauty: the rising sun striking the firehouse window; roses blooming in a front yard; cactus blossoms getting ready to open; murals celebrating Route 66. Seligman is a good place for the city-weary to stop and slow down for a while.
There is a lot of Route 66 history in this town. You don't want to miss any of it! If you are a real tourist and appreciate nostalgia, Roadkill Cafe, and other interesting things, you are missing all of it unless you come here!
Not too touristy, but lots of interesting stuff. The barbershop & shop of the man who kept the idea of Route 66 alive was very interesting. And we had a great dinner at the Roadkill Cafe - one of the best burgers ever! And very nice people.
Seligman was my FAVORITE town on my Arizona Route 66 Road Trip! No question! It is a very small town but packs a punch. There are quite a few cute and quirky stops in this town and you could easily spend a full day here.
Was only there for one day. Very small town, did a little shopping and ate at one of the restaurants. It’s a small historic town, not much to do, but fun to say you’ve been there on historic Route 66.
