For my pocket, at this time. It is too expensive. I'm going to REVELATION CHURCH (PROPHETE LOVY) to pray for my life. For one day. I need the touch of God.

Hello, Would like a credit for at least one night. Very disappointed with our accommodations especially since we had to stay a week! Basically room was not as advertised. 1) Only one USB port!! We had 2 cell phones, Apple Watch and Hearing aid to charge! 2) TV and options outdated 3) Bathroom TINY with shower curtain shower than leaked water on floor all the time. No space for toiletries. 4) Closet TINY and no room for clothes or suitcases. 5) FREE breakfast? Sparse and closed at 9 am. 6) Had to BUY bottled water everyday. 7) Furniture in disrepair 8) Microwave missing turntable plate 9) Noisy 10) No dry cleaners on premises as advertised. Had to find one in town. 11) No food available - only one vending machine. The other one was out of order. 12) Room should be modernized and refurbished. The staff was ok but complained that they couldn’t help much since booked through a third party. One lent us a charging cord. Another gave us a few waters. Managers were rarely available but one did call me to discuss. Wanted to offer a future credit at a Best Western property but so disappointed I doubt whether I would choose that company again. I chose this property because I used to book visiting businessman there for my employer and because of the ratings which were good. But the ratings and amenities did not match our expectations and experience. Give this place 2 stars…😣 I was advised to appeal to you. Please advise what you can do for us. Thank you, Melody Greenwald 805-813-4079

We lived in Simi for 40 years and returned for a party.

We lived in Simi for 40 years and returned for a party. It's still a quiet, clean place. Not really a destination unless you're visiting the Reagan Library which is, by the way, a GREAT museum. Modern, interesting, beautiful, historic and with very nice views. Probably less expensive to stay here than Chatsworth and/or Thousand Oaks / Westlake so it would be reasonable to stay here if you're visiting there.

I went with the purpose of seeing The Auschwitz Exhibit at the Ronald Reagan Library. Enjoyed my stay over night at the Best Western Motel, not far from the Library. Met a friend for dinner, after the long day at the Library at Phil's in Thousand Oaks. The restaurant was a bit noisy, but the food and wine were delicious. The scenery around the Library was breathtaking.

Love Simi valley. Hotel was not good.

Love Simi valley. Hotel was not good. To expensive for what you actually got. I'm disabled and still had to use room on 3rd floor almost all the way to the back of the hotel. I had a hard time walking all that distance. No other rooms available. Someone set off the fire alarm at around 3am. Dog urine in elevator. Tv way to small. Decore outdated and dull.

Grand Vista Hotel is excellent. Great price too.

Grand Vista Hotel is excellent. Great price too. Manager and staff was high-end and very helpful. I didn't do much besides IT stuff and ministry stuff, while lifting and sitting in the sun. The people in the city seem nice and people at Walmart seemed ok/nice. The view of the mountains in this area is very beautiful too. Very sunny too most of the time.

The Ronald Reagan Library visit was outstanding!

The Ronald Reagan Library visit was outstanding! His observations of government in general at that time in history are so pertinent today in particular his observation of creeping communism taking over the minds of America's youth. Every West Coaster should be required to spend a day at this library to get their head on straight.

24 hour Check in is fast with nice lobby and seating area while waiting for Uber or others. Love the hot tub with the pool too. Express breakfast was good and efficient, thanks Alfonso and Kat! Business center is very handy, especially for printing. Great to have multiple elevators and two entrances into the hotel. And the work out room is excellent. El Taco, a 2 minute walk away on the same road is very handy.

Clean room, great wifi, strong enough wifi to actually get some work done, as well as stream movies after work, shower was hot and water pressure was fine, sheets and towels all appeared clean, great location in simi valley, felt safe, busy parking lot. This is not a bad place to stay. Would stay again for sure.

The personnel is very nice and trained. The hotel is clean, has many rooms and has a bar next to it. Rooms have a good size for travellers with bigger luggage. The carpet must be very clean as I‘m a heavy allergic but felt nothing.

Basically I like the hotel and it's quiet outside. And the air conditioning was having a burning smell in room 159 and they did come and check but it was the same. So we were moved to another room after requesting.
