I was pleased with the hotel's cleanliness. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless, which immediately made a positive impression. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the receptionists to the waitstaff, everyone I encountered was polite and willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their exceptional customer service undoubtedly enhanced the overall experience. However, I did have a couple of concerns regarding the room. Firstly, the pillow provided was not as comfortable as I had hoped. It lacked the necessary fluffiness and support, which affected my sleep quality. Although this may be subjective, I believe a more comfortable pillow could greatly improve the overall comfort of the room. Furthermore, the room had a rather small window that allowed very little natural light to enter. As a result, the room felt a bit dim and lacked the brightness I prefer. It would have been more pleasant to have a larger window that could let in more daylight, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere. Despite these shortcomings, I still appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the genuine friendliness of the staff. If they can address the issues with the pillow comfort and improve the amount of natural light in the rooms, it would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Location was amazing, i love the town and how close we were to main street. Camelback is 15-20 mins away and it’s just right up the highway. Easy drive even when it’s snowing. The king suite with the spa bath was very clean and a great size for the value.

The room was okay. You get what you pay for. It was cleaned and beds were comfortable. They say breakfast included but we were expecting another type of breakfast. There were only coffee and some individually wrapped muffins, apple and orange juice and fruit cups. The receptionist was nice and very helpful with information.

I’m a bit partial to Stroudsburg, as I grew up in the area. It has so much to offer. So many activities to choose from! You can choose any type of food and it’s in Stroudsburg! Love coming “home” to visit once or twice a year! A must shopping experience is Shop Rite grocery store!

Close to many places. Bushkill Falls was great. Went to Dakota Wolf Preserve, which was wonderfully. Make sure you make reservations. There's outlets, American Candle Shoppes, antiques and thrift stores. There are many wineries and breweries also.

Beautiful town. Great shops and eateries. I loved the architecture of a lot of the old structures, business and residential. Routes 209, business 209, and 611 get you anywhere you need to go. 209 north to areas like Bushkill and 611 to typical shopping areas; Target, TJ Max, Outlet Mall. A lot of interesting places in both directions. Next visit we will spend time along the Business 209 route as we saw a lot, but due to our short stay couldn’t investigate. Candle and candy places and numerous eateries. Don’t just run 209/80 bypassing that area of town.

Loved the hotel, Free continental breakfast, clean, friendly staff, close to everything, relaxing atmosphere, many restaurants & shopping stores nearby, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Within walking distance you'll find a CVS, Wawa, KFC, A City Pool $, Pizza, McDonald's, a Convenience store, and a strip of stores to name a few. The Bus is free for seniors 65+. If you want a relaxing vacation away from daily stress then Stroudsburg is the place for you and this hotel checks all the boxes to make it happen. Try this hotel you won't regret it.

Hotel was centrally located. You had your choice of places to eat. From a quick bite at a fast food place , a diner with home cooking to a lovely dinner at a chain restaurant. Casino 15 minutes away Water park 15 minutes away Many outside activities for all ages.

Absolute dumpster of a place. All the staff were drunk and unable to provide is with a room with hot water. Theres water leaking everywhere and the ceiling caving in all over the building. Im not aure how they are able to legally be open. The only guests that would be happy here are the cockroaches we found in our room. We went to a different hotel at midnight! Dont let them steal your money, go somewhere else!

I didn't get the chance to like it. When we got to the hotel, they did not have our reservation. The woman said we should not go on booking.com or any 3 party sites to make hotel reservations because the reservation is not quaranteed. How can this be? We were left stranded.

Excellent hotel, very convenient for a stopover for those on their way to Newark Airport, which is about an hour and a quarter away by car. Very comfortable beds, large room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is small but comfortable. Free parking.
