We booked the hotel for my son's honeymoon stay for two nights. When they arrived in their wedding clothes, the staff upgraded the room at no charge and honored the same price when they decided to extend their stay an additional day.

Lots of good restaurants a few miles east of the hotel.

Lots of good restaurants a few miles east of the hotel. Friends visited from Prescott, Goodyear and Surprise. It was semi rural and reminded me of years ago before everything was built up. Close to Desert Diamond Arena and Cardinals stadium.

Surprise was close to family for us.

Surprise was close to family for us. Easy to drive places, lots of restaurants, stores and gas stations available. We were there mid November and it was hotter than normal for that time. (Highs in the 80s). Would go later next time for cooler weather.

Surprise, Peoria, and Sun City (all next to each other)...

Surprise, Peoria, and Sun City (all next to each other) beautiful area! No skyscrapers to block the views, ALL day sun. These 3 areas are mostly for retirees so not very noisy (being summer, also, kids are inside avoiding the heat), not a lot of foot traffic (more club carts, beware, there are some crazy drivers). I noticed there were not a lot of gas stations and convenience stores. (less loitering from undesirables) You will not see very many vagrants as the locals make sure that is curbed, the police may not be visible, but they are there and you can tell by the lack of vagrants, the streets are clean of trash. I come from a tiny community and you would thinks this area is too by the lack of street noise and pedestrians, (at least in the area of the hotel) If there hadn't been intermittent noise in the hallway, I would have thought I was alone

Front desk clerk Kevin definitely made us feel welcomed!

Front desk clerk Kevin definitely made us feel welcomed! He talked to us and gave us the room we requested! Our room looked just like the pictures. The pool was nice also. The po was Inside and they have a patio outside with tables and chairs. Breakfast was great! Thank you! Our family will definitely be staying again.

This rental home was so beautiful and exceeded all...

This rental home was so beautiful and exceeded all expectations! It was located in an upscale neighborhood with a well manicured landscaped yard. Also, the back patio area was perfect to enjoy the view. It had additional security features and amenities to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the home, and special care was taken by our host to make sure all our needs were met. The home was spacious and decorated beautifully. Convenient location with easy access to restaurants and stores. Melody, our host, provided such a wonderful and thoughtful area of snacks and extras. She was very responsive to any questions I had and went the extra mile to make our stay special. Thank you, Melody. We loved our stay.

1) The room was decent and quite spacious. 2) The breakfast was pretty good. The staff who serve breakfast on weekdays always seem to be in a bad mood and are a bit indifferent, but the weekend staff are much friendlier. 3) The staff at the hotel front desk were helpful. 4) Convenient parking.

The location was not desirable. On the first day there police had the road blocked off for some reason. Second day there was a shooting inside Wendy's in front of the hotel. The suspect was at large.
