Location was great for my purposes. I was impressed with the cleanliness and that is where they exceeded my expectations. I needed something that was going to be affordable, and I was afraid of being disappointed. But the room was nicely, renovated in a modern and comfortable fashion. I was impressed with the kitchenette! I would love to return to this hotel, even for private use.

Staff was very polite and helpful!

Spacious room, clean, comfy pillows and bed, nice variety of breakfast options, no fee parking and definetly location. I would, without a doubt, stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at EVEN Hotel. The location is one of its biggest strengths—everything I needed was just a short walk or quick ride away, making it incredibly convenient for both exploring the area and getting to meetings on time. The breakfast was another standout. It was not just good—it was amazing. Fresh, flavorful options, great variety, and genuinely tasty dishes that felt a step above the usual hotel breakfast. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, EVEN Hotel delivered comfort, convenience, and great food. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located hotel with an excellent breakfast experience.

Great staff, accepted packages on our behalf, reasonable breakfast and nice coffee

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff was outstanding, kind, and genuinely helpful at all times. I was allowed an early check-in at 5 a.m. (instead of 4 p.m.) with no hassle at all, just a very small additional fee of $25. Everything felt easy from the moment I arrived. The hotel is spotless and smells great everywhere — elevators, hallways, rooms. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, always smiling and happy to help, and even encouraged me when I spoke Spanish. The location is perfect, right across from Dolphin Mall, with a Starbucks downstairs. The pool is beautiful with towels available, the gym is excellent with new machines, and there are water refill stations available at all times. You also receive complimentary bottled water upon arrival. The room is fully equipped: iron, hair dryer, extra bedding, coffee, tea, and ice machines on every floor. Every single staff member, on every shift, was exceptional. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at — and it’s not even a five-star hotel. Highly recommended.
