Don’t sound good about the place right parking lot.
Don’t sound good about the place right parking lot. There was a Danny Steve breakfast. He asked for ADA room and it was available but soon as we walked in it’s like an ashtray to compliant so we just got in bed being late and we had to get up early in the morning and travel more.

The location was very convenient to the function we attended nearby.
The heavy rain was the main inconvenience, and it was unclear exactly where the hotel was as we turned onto the street from the main street.
Also, we had to ask if it was all right to make a left turn onto the street leading toward the freeway entrance to return to Pasadena. Signage would have been helpful.

My stay was exceptionally great.
My stay was exceptionally great. Beautiful room with great amenities. The view was also very nice. The environment was clean and the whole staff were all very cordial and friendly. I will most definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends and will be back again.

We liked the in-room refrigerator. Ability to borrow playing cards. Cleanliness of the room. Staff was very friendly.
We did not appreciate the extreme costs of the store snacks. Way too expensive. I purchased Starbucks coffee drink…$10. I also purchased a bag of pistachios. Again extremely expensive. Did not taste fresh. No flavor.
Requested two rooms next other… they were not even on the same floor. We reserved in advance.

Thousand Oaks is a nice location from which to do an...
Thousand Oaks is a nice location from which to do an assortment of activities. We hiked Paradise Falls and also took a horse riding excursion with Malibu Riders while we were there visiting our daughter who attends college nearby. There were also plenty of good restaurants to choose from.

Worst (precooked breakfast I’ve ever had. No cut fruit. No yogurt only precooked eggs, potatoes and greasy breakfast sausages dry cereal. Poor mattress, poor water pressure. Thin tiny towels. Uneven maid service. Lied about restaurant being open in June omitting not until rnd of June. No ability to order drinks. Complementary drinks were denied us because we booked through this site

We and the kids loved the pool area. Since we were on the road trip, we saw many hotels in comparable price ranges where the pools were either not appealing oder next to a freeway. Here there pool area is in the center of the hotel and has a real holiday feel to it. Also, it was definitely the best breakfast we had on our trip. It was very nice to be able to sit outside in the patio area for breakfast. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel was one of our hightlights during our 20-day-trip.

This motel was memorable, the only one of about 20 hotel stays that we have reviewed. We were upgraded to a bigger room when the door key didn't work. We loved the pool and jacuzzi, and found the room and bed quality excellent. This hotel is well worth the stay.
