United StatesI am traveling across the country currently so I booked this hotel online. I noticed when booking a room online that half the times the photos are not accurate to what the place actually looks like but in this case they were accurate and I was not disappointed. The rooms have been completely renovated from the floor up (new everything). Just last night I stayed in a motel six 300 miles away and it was a dump and cost more. The price for my room was definitely affordable especially compared to the other hotels offered in this area; and in my honest opinion this one is probably better well-maintained than the other ones as well. The staff was also very friendly, greeted me immediately, and I had my room with the view I wanted within 5 minutes. So if you're staying in Vernon, Texas definitely go with this hotel.

United StatesGreen Bird Inn is a one story motel right off the freeway. It was very convenient for our cross country travel with two dogs. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable. There is a nice grassy area oacross the parking lot. Restaurants nearby.
