I have never made a review in booking, but for this hotel I have to make the best review, even thought we had trouble with hot shower in the first day, the hotel did every possible to compensate the issue, providing us with an update and giving us 50% off and free breakfast, beside of that, I have never seen a more gentle staff and a more incredible service in my life!

The grounds are beautiful, great location, the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff are kind and welcoming. The manager Dennis went out of his way to make our young son feel welcome and special. What a perfect place, heads above anywhere else we have stayed on Maui.

That was the perfect stay in Maui! The hotel is just in front of Kamaole II beach. Some good restaurants nearby at walking distance and all Kihei beaches nearby. I had some stuff I bought and the hotel concierge received, no problems, no fees. The parking lot is at the 2nd floor, no problem at all as well. The hotel let us use their beach towels and replaced them for new ones everyday. The beach chairs were amazing, I mean amazing! Room is large, well lit, bed is great, nice shower, and you have a glimpse of the Hawaiian ocean from the balcony. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Kauai

It was a last minute booking due to late arrival, e we’re booked for 2 weeks elsewhere but could not get a room for one night there. The windham had an affordable accommodation that was available. Thank goodness!

The staff was welcoming! The shuttle drivers were very nice and fun! They would drop/pick me up anywhere in the Wailea area which is convenient if you didn't rent a car. The breakfast buffet area was clean and was always being restocked if anything ran out. Lastly, housekeeping did an awesome job by coming in every 3 days. The bed was done and bath towels were stocked as if nobody was utilizing the room.

It was exactly what I had seen on booking.com, so there was nothing to surprise me when I checked in. The host was very friendly and nice, and really liked the decoration of the property. The king bed and Murphy bed were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials. The bathroom shower and sink had good water pressure, and the bathroom was clean and nice. Overall, it was a really nice stay there.

Our family rented 5 units in 4 buildings in the Maui Kamole complex for a week. All had the same excellent layouts. We made several family dinners at the wonderful upper pool cooking on the gas grills. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is just across the road. Of course, the island is fantastic - we did whale watching, a sunrise bike ride, a luau, and drove the road to Hana.

Our family rented 5 units in 4 buildings in the Maui Kamole complex for a week. All had the same excellent layouts. We made several family dinners at the wonderful upper pool cooking on the gas grills. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is just across the road. Of course, the island is fantastic - we did whale watching, a sunrise bike ride, a luau, and drove the road to Hana.

Even for November it was crowded and at times heavy traffic.

Even for November it was crowded and at times heavy traffic. Restaurants and tours/activities (Myths of Maui Luau) are numerous and brochures available at the condo desk are good. The water is amazing once you pass the break and alive with good snorkeling. The locals are helpful and friendly. The Road to Hana was an all day adventurous drive, that we won’t soon forget. Rain (liquid sunshine) comes and goes but never interfered with plans.

Wailea is the Malibu of Maui...it has the best beaches and...

Wailea is the Malibu of Maui...it has the best beaches and the best restaurants and shops. It's on the south side of the island so is more family friendly than surf aggressive. I like that it is next to Kihei which has a more low key vibe and more value oriented - is there such a thing in Maui? - foods and shops.

This property is right in between the Marriott and the grand...

This property is right in between the Marriott and the grand Wailea with beach front access. This property has beach service where they have towels and lounge chairs for the property.The property is absolutely beautiful. I found the pools to be a little too shallow for swimming. This property is located right next to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come back.

Very dirty unit!

Very dirty unit! Very old air conditioners the living room kept stopping No maintenance even if smoke detector goes off in the middle of it he night. Emergency contact number won’t help. Cockroaches in unit. I would never recomend My Perfect Stay properties

Everything was perfect. We can't say better than : "What a Wonderful World"! Eva and Jim are really welcoming, so nice and always ready to help. You will have everything you need to live your best time in Maui (laundry, kitchen, masks and snorkels...) Couldn't find a better place.

The location of the condo was perfect for enjoying various beaches in South Maui. Good access for snorkeling and riding waves on the provided bogie board. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, lots of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is at a great location directly at the beach. The view is nice. The kids pool is great. The gym and the game room are really good. It's really nice to have a cinema and an Enterprise rental on site.
