Everything was perfect. I arrived at the hotel a little bit early and as soon as they could they found me a room. The breakfast is included and serves all kinds of tastes. The staff is super kind and helpful.

    Uncaring associates at the front desk.

    Uncaring associates at the front desk. Turned us away saying they couldn’t find our reservation at 11pm at night. Girls said had two rooms left when we first walked up. Then they somehow quickly disappeared and no vacancy. Not even a sorry. Guy next to us in line found bugs in his bed and asked for his money back. He was barely getting acknowledged! Jerks! No compassion at all!

    I think Wakefield is nice!

    I think Wakefield is nice! I have only been there one other time but l like it l really like the Four Points By Sheraton hotel very nice and easy on and off exits! It has a nice outlet Mall called Market Place that l went to with a friend and went out to a restaurant there called Burtons Bar And Grill very good food! And there was other options as well! Wakefield is also not far from other towns and beaches to explore! I just wish l would of had more time to explore more things! I really liked the hotel so l will be back in the very near future! And again also like the area! I would highly recommend the Four Points Hotel and the area!

    This hotel is situated adjacent to I95, which might be troublesome if you are unaccustomed to traffic noise. Our room was situated around the back of the hotel and we could not hear the interstate. The hotel is modern, spacious, elegant, with nice public areas at the front, a cosy fire and sitting area. Breakfast was more than plentiful with good choices and great coffee. Around the back of the hotel is a large shopping district. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious.

    *A bottle of water for each day we stayed was a very nice touch and we appreciated more on the days we forgot to bring water in to the hotel with us we just grabbed one **Breakfast and host for the breakfast was lovely and very attentive helped customers who needed help we stayed for 11 nights and one day she was off we felt her absence .

    The hotel is well located, near Market Street which was a 5 mins walk to this shopping area. The rooms are good size ,well equipped and with good amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful all time. It was a pleasant stay and for sure come back.

    Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was well equipped and clean if a little "tired". Bed was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent for viewing the July 4th parade which started outside the hotel!
