Everything there was amazing, but the staff services were the best part. I didn't just like it... I loved it!

Clean rooms and hallways. Smell really fresh. Everything worked well in the room. Love it.

It could use a breakfast or a food vending machine

How quiet it was, how comfortable the couch was & the bed and the staff was really sweet and all the people there were so nice. It just was cozy and comfortable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and very comfortable!

The breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. The location is excellent.

Lovely hotel, great location to visit naval base

The property was conveniently located near six flags great America, which was our purpose for traveling to gurnee. The girl working the desk on Saturday (10/21) night was fantastic, super friendly, welcoming and made check in a breeze (name started with a K). Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts, lots of hot options. Hotel was near lots of retail/food options. Pool was smaller than expected but clean and kids had plenty of fun swimming before bed. Room was clean and spacious.

Clean, great location, great breakfast, friendly staff. Big enough without being too big.

Perfect sized room that was clean, loved the mini kitchen with kitchenware, and other kitchen and bathroom amenities, the free breakfast was a nice touch, and the facility was closely located near everything we were there for plus other amenities needed, Walmart, eateries, gas, the highway, etc. The staff was also friendly and extremely helpful when our plane was one day late due to mechanical issues and weather. Latavia (Sp?) was professional, sympathetic, kind, and ensured we still had a room regardless of the continued delay and still was able to apply discounts. My family and I greatly appreciated Latavia's understanding, professionalism, and fast action to ensure our trip was not disrupted by attempting to find another place to stay.

I liked how they were located 2 minutes from the base...They Have a shuttle driver last name Lopez and he was Amazing he was a great help taking us to and from base and other places if needed...The staff was extremely nice and helpful..I 100% recommend this place..

Location! The beach front and view from the room was amazing.

Very spacious room and very comofortable king bed.

Once again, this location has proved to be the best value in an hour of driving radius.
