the property is beautiful and spotlessly maintained; no chipped paint or peeling wallpaper in room or throughout property. we visited over the holidays and were greeted in the room with a holiday card and a box of Christmas sugar cookies. these small touches make a stay here unlike any other.

It was neat , clean, smelt great , very comfortable and inviting. It was like a home away from home. Front and back door entry and pretty remote location.

Just checked into the Hampton Inn and I'm already impressed! The room is spotless and the bed is so comfy, it feels like sleeping on a cloud . The pillows are a dream! Breakfast was good, but there's always room for improvement. Overall, a great stay so far!

The Marriott Downtown hotel was very clean and the location could not have been better! The staff was was friendly and helpful. It was just a short walk to Arch Street Tavern, the reason for our the visit to Hartford! The bed was was very comfortable and the ample amenities did not disappoint!

The room was more spacious than we anticipated. We had a great comfortable stay with our family of 5. Breakfast was enough to get our day started and all extra touches made the stay comfortable. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant.

The room was spacious, clean, had everything my friends and I needed for the night and the bed was very comfortable. We were missing sheets for the sofa bed and I asked for them by text message and the houseperson brought them within 5 min, I found this very convenient since we didn’t need to ask for them in reception. The breakfast was great, there was plenty of it and many options to choose from it. Everything was so tasty. My friends and I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub.

    We attended a wedding at Pond House - Elizabeth Park.

    We attended a wedding at Pond House - Elizabeth Park. The Pond House was great - food was exceptional, the room was gorgeous and the grounds were stunning. The park is lovely and offers a number of gardens to explore. Very picture worthy. Highly recommend spending a couple of hours.

    The hotel is nice but average value for the high price.

    The hotel is nice but average value for the high price. The only problem we had every time we stay there: the very shallow sink in the bathroom splashes and does not evacuate and the floor is probably mopped but not rinsed with clean water so it sticks to the shoes.
