The Best Stay Ever – Thanks to Rustam We stayed at this beautiful house in Chimgan as a group of six, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had — all because of the amazing host, Rustam. The house itself is clean, well-kept, and full of charm. It has everything you could ask for — an indoor pool with fresh water, a sauna, an outdoor pool with mountain views, a lovely rose garden, and even a veranda where you can sing karaoke. Horse riding is just a short drive away, and there are restaurants about 10 minutes from the house. But what made this stay truly special was Rustam. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like we were at home. He was super helpful and always ready to provide anything we needed — extra towels, travel adapters, and more. He showed us around the house with so much excitement and care. We had a bad experience with a driver we booked through another agent who refused to help us with food, but Rustam stepped in. He took us grocery shopping, grilled delicious meat for us, and even joined us for dinner. Talking with him was so enjoyable — he shared lovely stories about his life and family, and it felt more like a dinner with a relative than with someone we had just met. He also gave us great tips on places to visit nearby and even stood up for us when the driver was being rude. That kind of support meant a lot. Even for the vegetarians in our group, he did his best to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. This house offers great comfort and beautiful surroundings, but the real highlight is Rustam himself. His kindness and hospitality truly turned our trip around. We’re so thankful for him and would recommend this place to anyone — it’s more than just a stay, it’s a special experience.

We enjoyed our staying at this place. Cosy and calm place, pet friendly. Breakfast was very nice and nourishing. Chill thermal water in the pool was certainly nice during the hot sunny day. We also did a fireplace at the house. The place is very clean and neat, there were also bathrobes 🌱🌱🌱 moreover, surrounding nature is vibing Staff was very helpful and friendly 🤍

Wonderful place, like a dream come true, you feel like you’re in a fairy tale. Everything’s perfect - the place is gorgeous and very well-maintained, every small detail is nice, excellent service, delicious food. The place is surrounded by mountains, there’s 2 swimming pools. We stayed in the yurt, it’s very beautiful with comfortable bed, heating floors, AC, good shower. You would not wanna leave this place!
