We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel employees are very helpful, especially Muzafer. He helped us find traditional restaurants and recommended museums. I want thanks him. Furthermore, the hotel is clean, the Wi-Fi is very fast, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is good enough.

All was good. The room is totally new with good furniture and design. Two toilets are good options for our family. The room has enough space for everything. The view from our room was pretty good, we were able to see the fountain and big mosc in front of our hotel. The breakfast was enough of food, and we were able to feed our kids in good quality.

The hotel was super great: clean, new facilities and very cozy. Personnel is great, professionals, provided excellent services, sociable, very helpful and the friendliest. Very delicious breakfast consisting of various types of cheese, meat, pastries, fruits, several types of coffee, tea and juice. The location of the hotel is great. We used not only taxis but also buses. The busstop is next to the hotel. Front Desk managers are very helpful, friendly, always ready to answer the tourists questions, give advise regarding amusement parks and attractions in the city and the places where to eat the best plov in Tashkent. We are very thankful to all personnel of Shaxjahon Hotel. Thank you very much for making are stay and rest excellent. I advise this hotel to all tourists who would like to enjoy their stay in Tashkent. Next time we also stay in this hotel, inshallah

Everything, I am very impressed with everything the hotel has to offer. Once you walk into the entrance there is a Hall of Fame showing all the public figures from all over the world that stayed at the hotel. One you stay there you understand that it is simply the best hotel. The location is very central and right in front of the city park and a new mall that recently opened, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the hotel is very elegant, and most importantly the staff are extremely friendly helping us with storing our luggage, ordering taxis, late checkout etc. I had a similar experience at Hilton Samarkand as well and for the first time I feel a sense of loyalty to a hotel brand given the consistency I’ve seen across the world. Hilton Tashkent stands out as well.
