The Best Stay Ever – Thanks to Rustam We stayed at this beautiful house in Chimgan as a group of six, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had — all because of the amazing host, Rustam. The house itself is clean, well-kept, and full of charm. It has everything you could ask for — an indoor pool with fresh water, a sauna, an outdoor pool with mountain views, a lovely rose garden, and even a veranda where you can sing karaoke. Horse riding is just a short drive away, and there are restaurants about 10 minutes from the house. But what made this stay truly special was Rustam. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like we were at home. He was super helpful and always ready to provide anything we needed — extra towels, travel adapters, and more. He showed us around the house with so much excitement and care. We had a bad experience with a driver we booked through another agent who refused to help us with food, but Rustam stepped in. He took us grocery shopping, grilled delicious meat for us, and even joined us for dinner. Talking with him was so enjoyable — he shared lovely stories about his life and family, and it felt more like a dinner with a relative than with someone we had just met. He also gave us great tips on places to visit nearby and even stood up for us when the driver was being rude. That kind of support meant a lot. Even for the vegetarians in our group, he did his best to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable. This house offers great comfort and beautiful surroundings, but the real highlight is Rustam himself. His kindness and hospitality truly turned our trip around. We’re so thankful for him and would recommend this place to anyone — it’s more than just a stay, it’s a special experience.

Location. Comfortable beds Restaurant and food. The waiter Ruslan was very friendly and accommodating- proactive and helpful.

Location is perfect. 20 minutes ride from the ski resort Amirsoy. 10 minutes ride to the beautiful water reservoir. Very nice. A small shop nearby. A parking is possible in a closed territory. Free breakfast.

The place was really cozy.. and they take care of you like you are their own family. We faced so many problems since we are tourists, but even though they were not required to, they were always supportive till the end.

We had an amazing family stay at this mountain hotel! Everything was new, modern, and beautifully maintained, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, offering plenty of space and comfort for the entire family. The staff truly stood out with their super friendly and attentive service, always ready to help with a smile. The peaceful surroundings and excellent facilities made it a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and family-friendly holiday in the mountains! We recommend going up to the closest mountain with the cable car. It was beautiful at the sunset.
