Very friendly staff. Received a very warm welcome. The shower was hot and a perfect pressure. I especially loved the bed- it was a the perfect firmness and very supportive. The view from the hotel window was very lovely.

It was only 1 night but we had a great stay. Clean and friendly people.

If you’re reading this considering booking after your Ha Giang Loop tour, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I stayed with my 6.5 year old daughter. Having been dropped off at 3pm, we essentially postponed our 6h return to Hanoi by 24 hours and my word this was the best decision ever. Room was on 17th floor, incredible views. We headed straight for the pool which is gorgeous with swim floats, flippers and balls for kids (also peaceful for adults with poolside beds). We skipped breakfast so can’t comment on that but there’s a shopping centre literally next door with a great food court and floors with a soft play, roller skating, bumper cars, kids painting activities - and massage chairs for adults. Paradise for my daughter. For adults, there are some nice coffee shops again just outside and a hotel lobby bar. The hotel gave us a free late check out until 2pm then we headed back to the pool again, completely refreshed for our car back to Hanoi. For the price we paid, this was a bargain and if you can spare the extra day, do it. Pool is open 6am-10am and 2pm-7pm.

We give it a 9 due to the view! The room has a giant windown that faces the mountain! There is a refrigerator, AC, comfy bed, good shower. The breakfast is simple but it’s ok! (You can choose 1 of the 3 options: eggs with bread, pancakes or noodles) We didn’t want to do the loop with motorbike, so we booked a driver at the reception to stay with us for one day.

The people are outstanding. Very nice, they can organize everything for you. We arrived 4am and slept 5 h it was possible to check in to rent a bike and we drove by ourselves. Was 200 +100 insurance for a 110ccm. We had a small crash but no problem because of the insurance… They organized a drivers permit for us which help a lot in the police control. So I highly recommend LCS.

The pillows were amazing. A luxury hotel with everything you need. Good location.

It s the best location to stay in. Above standard rooms are just wow! Staff is extremely involved in every aspect. They helped us with keeping the luggage for 24h till we returned from our mptorcycle trip. And actively helped us with tips. True partners in your trip!

Best Hostel and value for money I have had in Asia so far. I was in a 10 bed dorm but the beds were so comfy the room was extremely spacious and even had our own balcony with beautiful mountain view. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times and spoke very good English. The pool is amazing also overlooked the mountains! Breakfast was nice and fresh :)

A clean, comfortable and well-appointed room with a Juliet balcony overlooking the river and mountains. Breakfast buffet is Vietnamese fare, with plenty of selections and—if you ask—eggs to order.

Lovely comfortable, quiet, stay. You can walk just out the back of the hotel to a picturesque path along the riverside and some funky cafes. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Also Netflix!

The staff here are amazing! I did the loop solo and whenever I ran into an issue or question during my journey, they were quick to respond. They are all so nice. Lisa is very smart and has a bunch of knowledge and loves to share her knowledge with others. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is was one of the nicest hotel stays I remember. It was very quiet and very peaceful / relaxing with the light rain. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff was very polite and helpful. They have quite a few interesting things to check out around the dining area as well. It should be noted that restaurant dinner menu is mostly an Italian American style selection. Pizza, pasta, etc with some unusual, good twists, like corn on the pizza.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Quick check in, comfortable bed, great host. Amazing value.
