I like the fact that they make sure that you get your rooms clean and comfortable to relax. We came after check in time which was late at midnight but the lady that assisted us made it very well that we're nicely welcomed.

A little gem of history tucked away in the karoo. We detoured an extra 2 hours on our road trip just to include this stop and were not disappointed. We arrived to a romantic candle lit dinner and warm welcoming hosts. Our room was spacious, and the whole house has charm like a scene out of Pride and Prejudice!

Location, ending the day while listening to the Guinea fowl going to bed and Karoo evening sounds, while braaiing a nice Karoo lamb chop on a wood fire was well worth the stay. Do request the braaipak, nice lamb chops, fresh salad, and fresh bread rolls are really good. The owner and her kids were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
