Excellent host that went above and beyond; was supposed to spend two days there ended up spending six. St. Lucia is a dream, but African Dreamz is a very special part of that. Owner was awesome and her husband and her can tell you all of the good things places to see. Saw Five rhinos. My six year old kid was also treated like a rock star.

St Lucia is small little town, easy to walk, a few good restaurants to choose from. The national park is very close by and a must to visit. We travelled with small children! Sunset cruise on the river to learn about the hippos and crocodiles.

Definitely avoid a room on the main street near restaurants etc as very noisy especially at night. But a very nice place to stay in St Lucia, a relaxing holiday vibe. Cape Vidal is stunning! Walks in Isimangaliso well worth it.

St Lucia is a lovely, small town that always feels safe to walk / cycle around during day and night. A nice selection of restaurants and coffee shops. Very friendly people. The absolute highlight are the wild hypos walking right across the town at night, right past you while you are having dinner!

St Lucia is a break away from a busy city life yet you're still in a town. A beautiful place to be adventurous and yet relaxed. The town is small enough to walk around in and enjoy the ambience. The boat cruise on the estuary is awesome. The many restaurants serve good food too

The place was amazing and really peaceful, we enjoyed our stay, our bad encounter was actually with the manager on site not the host. This was due to a misunderstanding. Our stay was really great, restaurants were a walking distance and so we're the shops.

Beautiful beaches and town.
Beautiful beaches and town. Boat trip on the Estuary was lovely. Best part was the drive to Cape vidal. Saw plenty of wildlife on the way including elephant, rhino, Buffalo, different types of buck and warthog.
This lodge was the absolute best place I have stayed in, while I have visited SA. Esmerie and her team are going above and beyond for their guests. The rooms are the nicest and cleanest rooms I have ever experienced in South Africa. The breakfast with the options to choose from was absolutely great.
Esmerie: Thank you so much for the recommendations and taking care about us, even we have stayed only a short time. it was definitely not the last time I was here and I will return on my next trip to SA.
Thank you to Mark & Sibongile for making our stay so comfortable. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The unit is so tastefully decorated, so classy. Great location and secure. You forget you are in South Africa as you feel safe and secure. Mark was great as he took time to chat to us. Thank you.
One of the best accommodations we have had in South Africa. Good value for money. Very quiet and a braai space just for us.
You will see wildebeest on your way. Not far from St Lucia and the wetland park which we also loved.
Room was clean, and they were able to provide 2 single beds. The breakfast was yummy, and Mandy and Simon were very warm and helpful with St Lucia tips. The themed animal rooms were cute.
St Lucia has still got it! The exotic feels, the vibrant main street with restaurants and curios and chit-chat. Up to date accommodation and helpful hostess.
